Good for couples or solo adventurers. Hypoallergenic, no pet rentals. Older 1970's style condo, has a few recent upgrades,. Very Clean, quiet, basic accommodations with everything you need. It Is not new construction , deluxe or luxurious. Geared toward the Budget traveler. Convenient, quick and easy 24- hour self check-in. No keys to pick up, just go to directly to the condo and get settled in. Located on the mountain in MT Crested Butte, approximately 3 miles from down town Crested Butte.

You’ll love my condo because it is cozy, the location, and the views. (MAX 4 adults + children). 2 bedrooms-King, Queen Guest see pic: has a sliding wall, & pullout Queen sofa sleeper w/ mem foam. NO STAIRS TO CLIMB-Condo on 3rd floor but entrance located on main level. Short walk to WestWall lift. Free bus stops in front of condo. Complex wide hot tub and grill. We are in the heart of the base area, literally a two minute walk to ski lifts, ski, snowboard & mountain bike rentals, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. True ski in/out. Upscale modern rustic

This is where memories are made upon Skis, boards and sleds. Winter: Walk to lift in under a minute, ski back to front entrance end of day for lunch or breaks. Excellent locale - centrally located. 3 blks to Main st (10 min walk) where shops/restaurants located. Recently remodeled, brand new modern sofa sleeper, all new appliances, tile and carpet. Meticulously clean. We do not accept pets at this location.
