The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. A place to remember and make memories with friends and family. Thanks Paul as well as Grace, Johnny and Gloria. We had a wonderful stay at your place.

The best and most accomodating Airbnb my tropa stayed at, we were a big group of 12 friends. The host went above and beyond huhu pinaglaba kami kasi sira washing mashine. Very malinis. Super homey vibes. FOOD WAS SOOOOO GOOD we were given snacks and then you can order food pa. Lahat ng needed andun na - panglinis, panligo, towels, blankets. Near Festive Walk Megaworld. Super sulit. Had fun. Pwede uminom, luh? Hahahaha. Very accomodating and nice host, always available when needed. Highly recommended for big groups!! 11/10 sagad!
