Holiday rentals with a patio in Guayas

José Adrián's place was very nice, organized and clean. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. You can see the care in every detail. I totally recommend it! 10/10.

The photos matched the place's appearance perfectly. The views are incredible, both of the Guayas River and the city (they're building a skyscraper right in front, but I think it'll take a couple of months before it obstructs the view of the river). The area is relatively safe, but it is still Ecuador, so you have to keep in mind that practically no place is completely safe. The building is definitely safe, the guards take care of that. The host was very helpful at all times. We exchanged phone numbers right away, so I could contact her whenever I needed something, and vice versa. He was very helpful in all aspects. Since our stay was a couple of months, I even asked her for furniture for the terrace and she got it. I also loved how spacious the place is and, above all, that they accept pets. The guards were also kind and attentive to us. Visits are limited for security reasons. I will definitely return

Safe place

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️
