The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, functional. Its excellent location in addition to spectacular views. I spent some incredible days with my family, we enjoyed the pool, a barbecue in the grill area, everything was very comfortable and the building was very safe. We would definitely come back and Tatiana was always very attentive, excellent communication and service.

Safe, modern, good facilities, comfortable place with access to the beach

Staying at Luis Eduardo’s place was definitely a good choice, I wanted a place where I can have direct access to the beach, that it had a pool and a playground for the kids. This had it all. I stayed for 10 days and I couldn’t be happier. It also had a restaurant at the pool area on weekends with delicious seafood, so yummy and fresh. I would totally recommend it without hesitation and the price did not break the bank, really affordable. The house was just right for us, 2 rooms had AC that worked perfectly for the high temperatures so we slept comfortably. I will definitely come back. It was easy to get and the host was very responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for making my vacation a success.

We had an incredible weekend at this beach house with my family and friends, and the experience was just great. From the first moment, the house surprised us with its comfort, cleanliness and a direct exit to the sea. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds that ensured a good rest. The common spaces, such as the living room and the terrace, were perfect for sharing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the proximity to the beach made us enjoy the sea at all times. What we loved the most was the tranquility of the place and the feeling of total disconnection. Definitely a stay that exceeded our expectations. We recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a cozy atmosphere on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We stayed only for one night but the experience was very good. The apartment has a spectacular view of the sea and is very well located within the Ocean Club. Everything was complete and functional, although we noticed that it could use a little maintenance in some minor details. Even so, it is a comfortable and pleasant place to rest and enjoy the beach with your friends or family, we would definitely return!

The coafitriona Anita was very attentive to our arrival and stay, she was very clear in her instructions. The wonderful place with spectacular views that my family and I enjoyed. Everything was great, we will definitely be back.

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

A very cute and comfortable place to enjoy as a family. The host's service is excellent and quickly responds to any concerns.
