A very nice house for large families or groups of friends, very cozy with nice spaces to share and on top of that, it has access to the beach. 100% recommended

Everything was nice and very comfortable, we felt at home. The location near the beach was perfect, the children's pool and security added a lot to the experience. The hostess had a nice touch by giving us a wine for Father's Day. We would definitely come back.

Excellent place to enjoy with family or friends, quiet and very close to the beach. The place is better than in the photos, comfortable and with a good temperature since each room has air conditioning. The pool and outdoor space is ideal for sharing a barbecue or a meal.

I loved this place so much! It's a beautiful place to stay and it's got everything you need. The host is friendly and responsive. The house is right between Playas and El Arenal. A Taxi is about $5 from Playas to the house. 20 minute ride / 7 KM. I felt SAFE in Playas while exploring. So if you're backpacking, don't feel scared about walking around the beach and city with your backpack. You can take a bus from the Guayaquil Terminal for $3.55 to Playas. The house was neat. It was nice having a home to myself. They have hammocks outdoors, it's a 3 minute walk from the beach. Also the bus stop is on the corner of the main road and your home's road. So you just wave any of them down, as they are returning from Posorja to Playas, and they take you to the city for 50 cents. Amazing experience. I love El Arenal. Also the A/C at house and wifi made experience a lot easier. Thanks again!

The stay at David's property was very good, very comfortable, the residential complex is very quiet, very safe, perfect to rest, it is a few minutes from shopping malls and the place where we were going to be, everything was perfect!!!!
