I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade now, and I can confidently say that Selene is the best host I’ve ever had. Proactive, responsive anytime of the day and friendly. The place was well maintained and kept, felt like a home away from home. Definitely, staying here again when I comeback to Guayaquil!

This is a great place to explore many restaurants and enjoy a safe walk. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, and the kitchen has the essentials for small meals when you can't choose from the 15+ restaurants outside the door. The washer/dryer combo is nice, and the sunrise will wake you up early for the day. Julio is a great host. Responsive and helpful. There was a minor mechanical issue that was quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

The room is very clean, the towels and bedding smell good, and are relatively clean. The only thing is that the water volume is not very large when taking a shower.Overall very good, will continue to stay

The place was safe and in order. It was very close to UEES, and nearby there were convenience stores, restaurant, and pharmacies all very close and you could walk. Recommended

My family and I enjoyed this house. It's very nice, clean and spacious. It has a game room. ☺️Excellent host. The pool was not clean, but I really don't mind because the main one was, and we enjoyed it a lot. It has access to the beach, and it's beautiful. We'll probably return. If you want to spend an excellent weekend, I recommend it

All normal very nice place

Excellent place to enjoy with family or friends, quiet and very close to the beach. The place is better than in the photos, comfortable and with a good temperature since each room has air conditioning. The pool and outdoor space is ideal for sharing a barbecue or a meal.

I have visited this airbnb 3 times, and each time it is better than the previous one. It has everything you need, it is clean, has an excellent location and also the attention to any questions was excellent. Recommended for family or friends

We stayed only for one night but the experience was very good. The apartment has a spectacular view of the sea and is very well located within the Ocean Club. Everything was complete and functional, although we noticed that it could use a little maintenance in some minor details. Even so, it is a comfortable and pleasant place to rest and enjoy the beach with your friends or family, we would definitely return!

The house is nicer than what you see in the photos! It's perfect for a family trip! We will definitely be back

I have been coming to Ecuador since 1998 and this place is so far away the best place I have experienced stay in! And I travel a lot! I really recommend it!

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .
