Holiday rentals with beach access in Guayas

Litay saved us! I made a mistake in the reservation and arrived ONE DAY earlier than I had registered. He immediately processed it and luckily there was no other reservation. We just waited a little for the person in charge who assisted us with the check-in. I was a little worried that there were no curtains, but the experience is wonderful! We had the best view and really enjoyed it. We stayed for work and it coincided with our wedding anniversary. The restaurant at the club is spectacular and they deliver to the apartment. Everything was very comfortable. Thank you Litay :)

I really liked the stay; Victor's kindness and effective communication was key as he responds as soon as possible and is very attentive to the needs of those of us who rent his space. I recommend it.

The apartment optimizes the spaces at full, it is very comfortable and faithful to the photos of the publication, the view is simply SPECTACULAR, the host is always pending and is easily accessible if you have any questions or requests. Definitely recommended!!!

The place seemed perfect for us to spend time with our little kids. Cozy, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Good location if you want to go quiet, no noise and with a lot of privacy.

Clean and spacious one bed room apartment. The room was comfy and clean! The apartment is in a gated community and they have a pool that kids and adults can enjoy. Had a great weekend!

Pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms. What we lacked at some point were more cooking utensils to prepare our food, but from there everything was in order.

A beautiful place to disconnect! I went with my friends and we really managed to find calm and turn off the noise of the city and replace it with the wonderful sound of the waves! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your food, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and best of all, the VIEW is wonderful. I would definitely come back 🤩
