We were here for several days and everything was great. The house is new, large and comfortable, everything was super clean and tidy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and towels, soap, kitchen utensils, washing machine... we didn't miss anything. It was very good for us that the parking of the house was spacious and without height limit since we traveled with a large van and we could enter without problems. Regarding the location, the house is in the village of Santa Marta where there are several shops and food stores. The town is quiet for a stroll. In the surroundings and a few kilometers away there are a lot of beautiful waterfalls that can be reached by car. And also the Caparaó National Park. It really worth it. Vera was super nice and always made sure everything was okay. He also gave us some recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It is well located, close to the waterfalls and the center of Patrimônio da Penha. The host was very attentive and gave great tips from the region. Ideal for those who want rest, nature and tranquility. I would definitely come back!

So good, this is our 2nd time in the house. We find improvements: hot/ cold air conditioning, more comfort in the seasons. And huge TV in the room too. It is a perfect home to rest comfortably, full of useful accessories, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great location.
