A wonderful chalet, very lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the sauna, which can be used at any time, is the heart of the house. Cornelia & Roland are very thoughtful and extremely friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and the openness of the hosts were outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth's place! The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Elisabeth was an excellent host, providing thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. I highly recommend staying here!

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Ideal accommodation for a long weekend to explore the region. Has everything you need. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

The communication with Susanne worked out great. My arrival time was flexible. The reception was warm, I was also given good advice for excursions in the area. There is nothing to complain about in the apartment, there is a large kitchen/living room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The location is quiet, you have a beautiful view of the idyllic Alpine foothills. Au is a rather quiet part of Bad Feilnbach, but self-catering guests will find everything they need (groceries, good baker, butcher). Everything is within walking distance. There is also a good restaurant. Hiking trails and beautiful destinations such as the Schliersee can be quickly reached by car. You can also quickly reach Bad Feilnbach. There are several restaurants and shops here. As a city person, I liked the relaxed rural atmosphere. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for peace and relaxation in a nice environment

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
