Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 25 ab Derbolfinger Platz gelangt man in einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von München. Alternativ kann man auch die nahe gelegene S-Bahn Station Furth (Auto 5 Min.) nutzen.
