Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. We made a big effort to create a special and artistical studio in the attic. A silent hideout, perfect for couples. You can enjoy countrysite lifestyle and still be close to the city.

The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grünwald near the Grünwald Forest. It can be reached via the shared entrance via a separate staircase to the upper floor. The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground floor annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here, you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
