House holiday rentals in Grover Beach

Great 1 bedroom guest home. We wanted to stay in Paso Robles but waited too long. I found Brooke's listing in Atascadero, and was attracted to having a pool so we booked it. It was an easy 7-8 min drive to Paso Robles, and to all the wineries in the area. The unit was single detached pool/suite. Tons of room, nicely equipped kitchen. Probably one of the nicer spaces I've found on Airbnb. Enjoyed sitting poolside when we were not checking out the local scene. Brooke was super easy to communicate with. We self-checked in and self-checked out. Brooke was available when needed but truthfully, we kinda felt like we had the place to ourselves. This will be our first choice if we come back.

This property exceeded our expectations. While the photos are good, the reality is even better! The home has lovely mountain views from the pool, and is located conveniently to airport. Town is a short drive and vineyards are even closer if wine tasting happens to be on your agenda. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Lindsey’s property was possibly the most well appointed. The kitchen has nice, new appliances & is well stocked with cookware & dishes. Extra towels & linens are in abundant supply, & cleaning essentials were available & labeled. The linens and towels are fresh and the beds are comfy. The home is spotless, filled with sunlight, & perfect for gatherings of family or friends. The outdoor area is spacious with options for sun & shade. Take a swim, soak in the spa, sunbathe, exercise, play the many games provided, or watch tv on the big screen in the comfort of the shaded seating area. The house isn’t large, but is so efficient & has a very large outdoor living space.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

We had a lovely time. The home is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The views from the home were spectacular. We saw deer and wild turkeys, birds and a bird’s nest. We requested to have the pool heated and although we didnt get to enjoy it as we had planned (due to weather being on the cold side) our kids still went into the pool and got to play. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The host was really nice and gave us great instructions and ideas for local events. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

This place was really good and peaceful.. my family and I were enjoying so much!

The house was super clean and incredibly kid-friendly, with lots of toys to keep our kids entertained. The backyard was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for kids. They loved playing with the rocks and running around outside. We really enjoyed the guitar, piano, and record player. The fire pit & hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evenings, and after long days at the beach, it was great to come back to the palm house. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Kristina and Tony were great hosts! We had a group of 6 and the house was perfect in size, had great amenities and the upper deck was amazing! The house is in a very peaceful area, and in close vicinity to everything you might need. I’d recommend this spot to anyone and hope to come back in the near future :)

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

Amazing stay in Grover Beach! The house was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, which is just minutes from Pismo Beach Pier and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had a few friends get together for Memorial Day weekend, and this was the perfect spot! Steps from the beach, and fun things to do at the house too. The photos were super accurate, everything was in good condition, and we loved the place! Great communication as well even though we didn’t need anything.

The place was everything we imagined it to be. The comfortable and well kept furniture made it feel like home. That and the beautiful beachfront view made for such a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We were just amazed at all of the amenities, as well as how beautiful the house was. It was fresh, clean, so comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach. I had lost my husband in February 2025. There were family that could not come back to Arkansas for the funeral. So, this was a perfect place to just chat!!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home. We were in town for a weekend for our son's Cal Poly graduation and the house was the perfect spot for multi-generations to stay, gather and celebrate. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a huge center island that was perfect for setting up a buffet adjacent to the light-filled living room. Bathrooms are all beautifully updated and bedrooms are comfortable and private. The location is just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We're just sorry we didn't get stay longer to make use of the backyard fire pit and the bikes! Highly recommended.

Great stay! The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the community is very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, and the host was very nice and accommodating. It would be even better if there were a washer and dryer on-site. Overall, a wonderful experience!

This was a very cute little house. My friends and I had an excellent stay. The house had a large tv that could be moved to face either the table or the couch, which was very helpful and fun when we were playing games and wanted to have something on in the background. The house itself was very clean, but some of the cooking supplies had some food residue on them. Nothing a little soap and water couldn’t fix though. One downside was the beds were a little hard, so if you are a picky sleeper I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that I would recommend this place for others to stay!
