The Cayucos Condo was a pure delight! Such a dreamy home in location, location, location! Bathrooms are spotless clean, extra linens, fully stocked kitchen! Everything we needed and more! The deck view is amazing! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Property managers were welcoming and kind! We will be back!

A lovely place to stay close enough to Grover Beach and Pismo without the hustle and bustle. It’s around the corner from the Great American Melodrama so, if you love theater, I highly recommend staying here and catching a show. Kitchen is functional but, if you love to cook and plan on doing a lot of it, I recommend bringing the supplies and utensils you know you can’t cook without just in case. Overall a great price for a peaceful place with enough space.

Awesome stay. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was responsive. Really enjoyed my stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The snacks and coffee setup were a great bonus.

Was looking for a comfy, clean and quiet place not too far from the beach to enjoy a weekend with just the girlfriend and myself. My girl found this rental and I agreed on it, so we booked it. It turned out to be just as described and pictured and everything worked accordingly (as many know, not always the case). Management made the few interactions we had pleasant and accommodating, as we didn't need to interact much due to the rental being exactly as expected and without issue. very pleased with this unit and the management. Look forward to possibly rebooking this unit or another under the same Management (Coastal Vacation Rentals).

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We arrived in the afternoon to a warm home, as there’s no air conditioning. Fortunately, it cooled down past midnight with the windows open. However, the second bedroom was noticeably warmer and would benefit from having a fan. Parking was easy and convenient, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of plant-based coffee creamers—thank you! A few small improvements could enhance the stay: a full length mirror; adding more hooks or shelves in the bathroom would be useful; and the water-saving shower head, while eco-friendly, had a very slow flow, making it harder to take an efficient shower. Overall, a comfortable stay with some thoughtful details.

Debra’s place was great and she was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Captain’s-Stunning Bay & Ocean Views! Matt and Toni were wonderful hosts . From the moment I inquired about the apartment they showed attentiveness and quick response and a very warm welcome once we arrived. I’d mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a sparkling Rose’ wine bottle with a happy anniversary card and a happy anniversary letters banner hanging from the living room window. There was an area on the floor with doggie mat and a basket with doggie treats and amenities. They even emailed us a guidebook of the nearby restaurants and places to visit. The views from the windows facing the bay were breathtaking and picturesque and could hear sea lions barking. The apartment was very clean and didn’t even have any pet odors considering that pets are welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene and we felt safe walking down to the bay even after dark. The perfect mini vacation.

Great hosts! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a great view of the beach, a close walk to the pier, and for live music next door at Schooner's.

An absolutely great place to stay! It was as advertised with great decor and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located near everything the area has to offer, especially the beach! Bikes are a fun bonus! The host, Kyle, was attentive and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.
