Our cozy centrally located studio of 25 m2 is cozy and functionally furnished. The location is very peaceful. Within walking distance to the Noorderplantsoen, the Fish Market and the Grote Markt at 1 km and the City Park at 1,5 km. You can use the wooden terrace which is in front of the studio. The studio has its own entrance, self check-in by means of key safe. 2-person bed (Auping) of 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, water cooker and Nespresso machine.

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve 'Ae's Woudbloem’ and you can find a huge number of beautiful cycling/hiking trips there. In addition, from the cottage you have beautiful views of Groningen and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away with peace and quiet.
