In de omgeving vind je de mogelijkheid voor veel activiteiten zoals natuur, wandelen, zwemmen, kanovaren, vissen, golfen, paardrijden, museumbezoek, winkel en horeca bezoek, steden, fietsen en minigolf. In het groen en veel ruimte rondom. Wandelroutes als Pieterpad nabij en vervoer naar start-/eindpunt mogelijk. Een half uur vanaf de stad Groningen. In veel weekenden culturele acts.

For lovers of peace and space. In the middle of the beautiful scenery of the Westerkwartier is our farmhouse. We rent out the old chicken shed as a Bed & Breakfast. In the surroundings, you can go hiking or cycling. Directly on a junction route. Public transportation and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably to be communicated before arrival.

Tiny House in the Groningen meadows

Enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the cottage, and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away in peace. Guesthouse "De Cranvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.
