You stay in a converted farmhouse, this is an apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) downstairs everything is equal floor ,wheelchair friendly. Also there is a kitchen at your disposal with a dishwasher and a washing machine. In the bathroom you can enjoy the jacuzzi! basic facilities are provided, coffee and tea.

A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen!

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

Spacious studio for two people

The studio is under a roof with our home. Located on the main road overlooking the Bakkeveenster canal. The entrance is at the front and the room is on the ground floor with a two-person box spring, a seat, the kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the kitchen there is a senseo, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware etc. and a kettle. Also ideal as a ( home) workplace.

Our guest house / lodge is located in a rural and natural setting in the border region of the northern Dutch provinces of Drenthe and Friesland, in close proximity of the National Park Drents-Friese Wold; one of the most expansive areas - of natural beauty in the Netherlands (over 6.000 hectares. The famous water village Giethoorn is located at a driving distance of 26 kilometres.
