Wow what a fab place. Middle of the countryside yet just a few minutes drive from all the facilities you need. A converted barn has been made into a lovely peaceful space. Wish we could of stayed longer

What a beautiful apartment in this beautiful water tower! Everything was neat and clean. The beds slept wonderfully. It was also nice that there were several pillows to choose from. We greatly loved our stay!

Due to my husband's work, we stayed in the accommodation of Dennis and his family for 7 weeks, who live in the main part of the house. The property is very quietly located. For those who love it like us it's perfect. You only need a car or bike for weekly shopping as there are no shops in the village. The rooms are small and each has a dresser in it. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very spacious, you absolutely have to ventilate after each shower, otherwise it smells something special. The kitchen and living room are very inviting to linger. Unfortunately, the garden was always very wet due to the weather, which is why we can't tell much about it. Behind the house there is a very nice playground and picnic areas. There are plenty of great ways to walk. We made trips to Groningen, Veemdam, Assen and even Amsterdam. We enjoyed it very much. Dennis and his family were incredibly nice!

We had a wonderful time at Ruben's Appt. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Marja’s place was wonderfully located right at the center of Groningen. Everything was at a walkable distance. The studio was very homely and I can def recommend this for whoever is trying to enjoy the beautiful city. Marja, thank you so much for everything.

We recently stayed at Gonny Apartment and had a wonderful experience! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had a homey full plant 🪴 made us feel right at ease from the moment I arrived. Lieselot (Gonny’s daughter) is friendly and supportive The space was well-equipped and clean, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, we stay at Gonny Apartment was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and friendly place to stay.

Had a super fun weekend with friends in Groningen. Everything was within walking distance. Super good communication with the host.

Thalitha and Frederick were extremely friendly and well welcoming. This is one of best places I've stayed in with Airbnb. The house was beautiful, vintage, quiet, and easy to get in and out with private entrance and free parking spot. Amazing experience seeing and interacting with horses owned by the host. The house has gold heating system as we stayed in during winter. In few words, we felt like home.

The place is nice and cosy, Margriet is excellent host. The only thing is, the apartment doesn’t have a washer (as was stated on the listing) but she gladly offered us to use her washer, so no big deal. Thanks for having us.

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

Julian is a responsive host. His apartment offers a quiet, natural light-filled home with a very comfortable bed in a modern well-appointed space. It was very clean upon arrival and the washer/dryer was great to have since we had been traveling already 10 days. Julian was very agreeable in getting the key to our daughter who lives in the town since we were arriving very late. What we wish we had known/understood: the apartment is up three flights of a tight spiral staircase; while not cluttered at all it’s clear that it’s the owners living space (e.g. no ability to use closet because personal items were there) and food items were in the fridge and cabinets. Again, not cluttered, but it just surprised us. The listing notes that there’s a private office area (& shows photos) however that was marked private with a closed door and full of the owner’s items. The apartment was very convenient to our daughter’s apt and Julian was very flexible; we would love to stay again!

It was a very spacious stay, with a kitchenette where you could make a cup of coffee at your leisure. The accommodation was spacious, luxurious and clean! With a lovely bed! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is super nice, especially the sunny terrace. We felt very comfortable; nothing was missing. The surroundings are quiet, but everything is within walking distance. Jorine was always easy to reach and was totally nice. I can only recommend the apartment!

Cozy, cozy, spacious, everything you need present, close to the center, a hospitable reception, parking in front of the door and last but not least a particularly warm welcome. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Patrick and hostess!
