location is perfect. Host "David" is so friendly and will spoil you with his care :) free fruits, coffee and endless selections of tea! which you can drink on his lovely zen garden and if you're lucky you can watch him feeding his friend bird!

We loved our stay on the houseboat! Such a unique and memorable experience, way better than staying in a cramped hotel room. The boat had everything we needed and felt quite spacious! We loved going out to the deck of the boat and having breakfast, coffee, or a drink outside and watching all of the boats going by on the canal! Hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, they let us drop off our luggage early and check in early when we arrived and gave recommendations for us. Neighborhood was also very convenient and very walkable but still pretty quiet at night and felt safe. The only minor complaint for me is that the actual toilet room was pretty small and cramped (which was the norm for most restrooms in Amsterdam in general) so it's not super comfortable, especially for taller people. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely recommend it!

A really good place that I can arrival just take the bus from Central station, and there is a huge grocery store near the building, it is really convenient for us.

Excellent location! You can do everything on foot. Edwin was super kind from the start. The room is larger than I imagined from the photos, the bed is super comfortable. Everything was excellent!!!!!
