Great communication, Kate was very clear with instructions there was no confusion at any point! Really tidy nice place, everything we needed! Lots of free parking which was perfect. Great location short drive to most places😊

perfect location as walkable to everywhere in Ponsonby. we were in an apartment at the rear side of the property I.e. not facing Williamson Ave so it was super quiet. host was extremely responsive to messages and phone calls even at 3am when I couldnt find the correct door to get into the building (my mistake as I read the instructions wrong). place was super clean, and the bed so comfortable. If i had to pick on anything it would be that the bathroom tap needs tightening as its wobbly and there is no shelf in the shower so all your products are on the floor. my partner is over 6 foot tall and has a bad back so bending down to get his products was a nuisance. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, tidy and quiet and just as shown in photos. It is a cute and small and set in the garden at rear of the leafy section. There are no cooking facilities or fridge but we found it ideal for a 4 night stay visiting friends and eating out. We would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay at Jane’s lovely studio. It was beautifully furnished, clean and very well kitted out. The location was perfect for exploring Auckland - easy access to Ponsonby Road, close enough to the CBD but also space on the street for us to park our car (which Jane kindly sorted) for trips further afield. Jane was also very friendly, responsive and thoughtful. We particularly appreciated the folder of great restaurant recommendations, the fresh coffee and milk waiting for us on arrival and Jane’s kind offer to help find a home for some kitchen staples we had left over (as we were at the end of a long trip in New Zealand) so that they didn’t go to waste! We would thoroughly recommend here as a place to stay if visiting Auckland 😊
