Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Marty’s Magic Haus was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful family vacation with multiple family members spanning teens to 70s enjoying all the home had to offer. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the sauna and all of the games. We had great relaxing times on the deck and around the fire pit. It was very clean and we were very happy with the stocked items that we did not have to bring along such as towels, beach towels and soaps. It was so beautiful! Thanks for such a well maintained place to vacation!

Darryl was an excellent host. The house was spotless! The location was incredible, located on the river, in a private community just minutes from Story Land and North Conway. Darryl gave us suggestions on restaurants which were dynamite. If you’re looking for a quiet stay on the river, with all the amenities, convenient to all the north country has to offer, this is the place to stay.

Joe and Colleen's home was absolutely perfect for our 10-person group! The house was exactly like it appeared in the photos. Everything was clean, well organized, and easy to follow based on the instructions they provided. Joe and Colleen were also incredibly responsive during our stay - the longest we had to wait for a response was 1 hour. The location was also very quiet and scenic. All in all, the trip was absolutely amazing, and I could not recommend Joe and Colleen's home enough to people visiting Bethel!

The property was beautiful! The furniture was comfy. We absolutely loved the beds. (so much we are considering buying a new mattress) The lake was great. My daughter loved getting on the lake. (just bring your bug spray!) The air conditioning unit was amazing! We would love to stay here again!

Monica’s place was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It was incredibly peaceful and spacious. We needed that space with 6 people. When a couple of small issues arose, Monica was quick to respond and communicate solutions. The location and views were amazing! The location was a perfect spot for driving to other parts of Maine or Vermont for the day. The town next to us, Bethel, had a convenient Walgreens and several great restaurants. We would recommend this host and location!

We had a mellow weekend as a group of 8 for my friend's bachelorette! The hot tub was lovely in the evenings, with lots of space for all of us to spread out inside. Nick was very responsive, answered questions, and addressed our needs as they arose. There is a small town center with cute shops and restaurants nearby, which made for a fun weekend! The kitchen was very useful and fully stocked for our group's meals. Highly recommend this location for quiet and peaceful group events!!

Jason’s house was great. Although it is old, the updates he has made are great. Very homey feel, comfortable and clean.

We had a great weekend stay. The home is very accommodating for large groups of people and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful if we had any questions.

I had an amazing weekend at this at this Airbnb. Great location really good for getting away and just enjoying some peace and quiet away from everyone. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and the bonfire as well as the game room and many more. Overall, my time here was really relaxing and very much needed.

Great spot for family get togethers! We had a large group for a family get together and easily accommodated everyone. During the day younger adults and older kids went to the White Mountains to hike while the grandparents watched the kids in the BnB. The BnB is just over an hour away from most of the major peaks in the presidential range (Mt. Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, etc.) and there are many nearby trails and outdoor activities. The house is extremely well equipped for kids (games, movie theater, arcade, Pack N Play, high chair, etc.) and we had no issue keeping them entertained. The kitchen is better equipped than most Air BnBs we have stayed at and the outdoor amenities (hot tub, sauna, fire pit) are great for adults and are well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts proactively sent information and were extremely responsive before and during our reservation. Highly recommend for families looking for a great spot to entertain guests and especially kids!

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

Phil’s place was amazing - modern construction and furnishings, clean, well-stocked, and with great amenities. We enjoyed having a place off the beaten path which made for a very peaceful stay, all while being a short drive away from town. Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Camp Copper! A great property for a larger group, with nicely decorated interior and brand new appliances. Host is super responsive and addressed the icy conditions during the time of our stay quickly. Superb location for skiing at Sunday River in the winter and due to the lakeside location most certainly the perfect summer location as well. We will be back!

This place was exactly as described and perfect for our little getaway. Plenty of space, charm, and special little additions! We loved the comfy beds, plentiful sitting areas, and the baskets of comfy blankets placed throughout the house. The view was breathtaking, and having the kayaks, canoe and life jackets for the kids was an added bonus. Even though it rained through our entire stay, we had plenty of activities to keep us busy between exploring the outdoors and enjoying the game room garage. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our group had a great time at the pond - the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, the living room had a great TV, and we were able to enjoy the kayaks/canoes/paddle boat and the fire pit at night. It's also located close to Maine St. and a bunch of cute, local shops. Would definitely recommend it to any group looking for a Maine getaway!
