Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

Great place for a long weekend - the place was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the downstairs game room - especially on the rainy days!

This was an amazing place for a weekend away for two young families. The layout and size of the house was perfect and the location is beautiful. It’s close enough to Bethel and the Whites so there’s plenty to do (by car) all while being a very quiet and peaceful setting. George and Casey were incredible friendly and responsive hosts. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved the Nifty House! It has everything you need and more. It’s quiet, peaceful and the king bed is so comfortable. My young son is autistic and he felt right at home. He can’t wait to come back!

Went with two other families to ski at Mount Abram. This is a great spot. Perfectly situated to start at the west side lift. Fun space. Great open space for families to hang out and fun basement area for kids.

We stayed at Renee's over memorial day weekend with our two dogs. Although the weather was unreasonable cold and dreary, we still very much enjoyed our trip. Renee's home was spacious and incredibly well stocked with household items. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. We were able to find walking trails near by that were dog friendly and beautiful. As well as walking them just around the local roads. We had one small issue of needing to re-light the pilot light for the gas fireplace in the living room as it had been turned off for the season. We reached out and Renee responded promptly with directions on how to do it and we called and she walked us through getting it on. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again next time we were in the area!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakefront home! The house is spacious and well-stocked, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, including a great kitchen and big dining table perfect for shared meals and games. The private access to the lake was absolutely incredible, with a dock, beach area, and fun water gear like kayaks, a paddle boat, and floaties. Falling asleep to the sound of the water lapping and hearing loons call at night was truly magical. The property feels very private and quiet, and the host and local manager were incredibly warm and responsive. It’s a pretty remote area, so best to come prepared with groceries and a plan to fully unplug and unwind "at home." Lake life at its best!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Great place to stay for a weekend; the apartment was very clean and had many useful and thoughtful items in it (e.g. pots and pans, a coffee maker, extra toilet paper, dish/cleaning supplies, a hairdryer etc). We also appreciated that there were helpful little labels around the house and apartment for important light switches, the AC control vs the heat thermostat control, the hallway light, and the garage trash and recycle cans. The only thing we couldn't find and needed was a fly swatter; it's the tail-end of black fly season up north and we had to swat about 30 large flies right after arrival. One thing to note; this apartment is pet friendly, which was wonderful, but it is up a steep set of un-carpeted stairs. Our large dog found them slippery and it took a few tries before he was able to go up and down them without being afraid.

We had an excellent time during our stay. The location is walkable to restaurants and even hiking trails. There is a pottery store on the first floor (The Groggy Rabbit) we had a fun afternoon painting ceramics. The apartment is a LARGE one bedroom and plenty of space for our family of four with two young kids. Thank you Liz for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning soon!

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

We had a great stay to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday at Storyland. The condo was comfortable and well organized with a great outdoor patio space. We had a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!

The place was very clean and the resort had a ton of things to do and was close to many beautiful locations around North Conway and the white mountains. The owners were very nice with good communication and provided many recommendations for stuff to do around the area.
