Monthly Rentals in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We have been to NY many times and consider this one one of the best. It is strategically located so that you can walk to many of the most emblematic places in NY. If you like to walk, you will save yourself many subway trips. The communication with Kwan was 10 points from the moment we booked. He prepared a pack-and-play for our baby and allowed us to check in early. We definitely recommend it!

James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

I had a great stay at this studio apartment. I was here for a month and had no issues. The WiFi worked great for zoom and the space was clean and nice. It was as spacious as you could hope for an NY studio. I was worried it was going to be noisy because it is a basement level but I had no issues. It’s a quiet street in a great neighborhood that is easily walkable to union square and East village. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. You access the building with key card and then access the basement with the same card. It’s worth pointing out there is no physical key to the actual door of the unit. Everything felt secure and you can deadbolt but it from the inside so this didn’t bother me at all but just an FYI.

We stayed here for over a month and loved every moment. The space is cosy as the name suggests, but despite its size it’s incredibly functional. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with plenty of storage space to unpack your things. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was equipped with enough essentials for regular cooking. The floors are a bit uneven (as mentioned in other reviews) but that only adds to the character and charm of this beautiful old building. The location is amazing - just steps from everything in the West Village and Greenwich Village but tucked away in a semi-private mews. The hosts were fantastic - responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you!
