Perfect location close to everything around the city. Would recommend to anyone coming to Cape Town!

We had a lovely stay at Kathy's apartment. Kathy was a great host. She really goes the extra mile. The apartment was clean, safe and modern. We will definitly visit again.

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

We got really lucky staying at Paul’s place! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sea Point, with incredible views and easy access to the promenade. The apartment is super spacious, filled with natural light, a cute balcony, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is perfect if you enjoy cooking at home. Paul was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Overall, a cozy, comfortable stay and great value for the price.

A beautiful, pristine home with stunning view (even better than shown in photos due to a new outdoor seating area). The pool was a godsend, set in lovely garden. Absolutely perfect spot. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this spacious flat! The highlight was definitely the large terrace with its stunning views of Table Mountain and the ocean — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. The flat itself was comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a great stay. Grant was a great host with excellent communication throughout the process. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Yana is an amazing host and I definitely hope to be back again. The place is great and has an amazing view. We immensely appreciated the late checkout share allowed out as we had an evening flight out of Cape Town.

We had a wonderful week at Saul’s cottage in Sea Point. So much thought has been put into all the little like a nutri bullet, coffee machine and air fryer in the kitchen and deck chairs, beach towels, cooler box, games, beach umbrella for the beach, to name a few! The cottage is in easy walking distance to amazing restaurants and grocery stores and also very easy to get to surrounding places of interest like the V and A and Camps Bay. We didn’t have a chance to meet Saul but Bella and Tigger checked in on us regularly and we enjoyed our cuddle sessions with them!

I loved my stay in the pristine studio unit with its cosy creative studio unit. It was exactly as the photos show and a brilliant stay if you want to walk to nearby restaurants, promenade, seafront, supermarkets etc. I had afternoon lunch and breakfast at The Norfolk Deli downstairs, which is just the kind of character, friendly coffee shop that I like to start my day with. Check in was easy and flexible and people I met very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t rate the place more highly and communication excellent. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is highly recommended A tiny downside if the building going on, but to be honest I didn’t even notice it. Just around the corner is one of my favourite legendary places .. The Winchester Mansion. The margarita treat I had was worth every drop. Will definitely book here again when I’m town again. Not to forget the rooftop mini pool and the best towels I’ve ever used

We enjoyed our stay. Wished we stayed longer. We will absolutely book this apartment again when coming to CPT in future. Roland was so welcoming and available when needed. We had a great stay.

Jason's unit was absolutely wonderful. As instructed, we messaged Chris(property manager) from the airport and he was waiting for us in front of the building. After guiding us to the secured parking garage, we checked in on the ground floor, a 2-3 mins process. Then up to the unit where Chris explained how to access building/garage, about area shops and restaurants, recommended local sites & paragliding(loved it!). It made a big difference in getting our bearings. The 2-bedroom unit was meticulously clean w/ lots of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out (coffee,sugar,cream,paper towels,etc) and the view was incredible. Even the bed was comfortable(important to us) & I’m happy to report we slept well, commenting how comfortable the bed was each morning. The location was excellent, one block from the beach walk and main strip and significantly quieter. Across the street there's a grocer, bakery/restaurant, hair/nail salon, pharmacy, etc. A great place!

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Cape Town. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy it. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked for our stay, and Naomi was very kind and attentive. There is plenty of space for anywhere from a couple to a large family to stay. We will definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip to Cape Town!

Great Accomodation; just off seapoint promenade - easy walking to V&A during day. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Great little deli as part of the complex which served up delicious treats and great coffee! Communication from hosts was good; we were met and shown Accomodation which was as described and shown in pictures. Overall a great stay; at a great price in a great location! We’ll be back!

Great apartment in many ways. Kirk communicated with us on the day of the check in, waited for us to arrive, and even helped us with our bags. There was an excellent bottle of wine (so good that we bought a few back) and snacks waiting for us. The location was fantastic - easy 20+ minute walk to the V&A, plenty of great restaurants around, right on the beach for great walks, and amazing sunsets on the balcony (we got takeaway twice just so that we can enjoy that with the great wine). Easy to get an Uber around if needed, too. Two large and comfortable bedrooms with all the usual amenities, which apart from the balcony was all we needed. Highly recommended of you are visiting Cape Town.

A beautiful little space to be staying in. It was clean, tidy and just what you need for a space to come home to after a days work while visiting Cape Town. The lady that checked me in was very polite, helpful and friendly.

After an unfortunate mixup on check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the modern interior was much appreciated. There was more than enough space & very comfortable. We also liked the two parking bays allocated to the apartment. Overall, I would definitely return & recommend.

An absolutely marvelous stay at Stephanie’s apartment listing. Easy checking in process, & had great help from her assistant Calvin. He gave an amazing tour of the rental property, and made sure we were well taken care of!! From top to bottom everything was clean and organized. Every detail about the listing was spot on as well, beautiful panoramic views to see both the city and ocean. Location is perfect, you’re close to almost all activities and key points of interest. Highly recommendable 5 stars in my book!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cape Town! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe, even when walking around at night. As someone who loves running, I especially appreciated being able to jog along the ocean in the early morning and late evening. The apartment itself is modern, clean, quiet, and has a calming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The 24-hour security provided an extra sense of comfort, and parking was easy and convenient on the street just outside the building. I also want to highlight how responsive the management team was—especially when I needed a bit of warmth at night. The portable heater they provided made a real difference during the cooler evenings. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cape Town, whether for work or a relaxing coastal getaway!

Host was very responsive and great to deal with. Only small issue was another unit getting renovated across the hall which meant there was a fair bit of dust in the public areas. Not the hosts fault, but worth mentioning. Apartment was as per pics, plenty space and utilities in the kitchen etc. Parking was also great to have! Would stay here again easily..

House was great, highly recommend. Wish we had had more heads up on the very loud roof construction going on daily during our stay. We were told 2 days before and offered a refund (no discount) but too late to find an alternative.

We had an absolute fabulous time at Sam’s place for two nights. Lovely location and beautifully kept. We can highly recommend and will most definitely use this accommodation again! Thank you Sam!
