Holiday rentals with a patio in Green Point

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need – from local snacks to fresh linens. The location was ideal – quiet and peaceful yet just a short walk from amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved watching the sunset each evening over the ocean. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Every little detail – from the ambient lighting to the cozy bedding – showed how much care and love went into the home.

Amelio was a very responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions and offer help when needed. The wine was a lovely touch. The endless views were amazing. Would happily stay again.

Awesome views and unbeatable location. Lynne was very responsive and her communication was clear and useful. We felt at home and very safe in Lynne’s well equipped and modern apartment. I will not hesitate to recommend this place and will gladly stay here again in the future. The checking in and out was smooth and we appreciated the person service from Jurgen during the process.

The stay was such an amazing experience: a very clean place and lots of windows to see the beautiful views. This place is situated in a convenient spot as it has everything you need nearby. Shops are a walking distance and restaurants are a 5 min(or less) drive away. The host is also very considerate and easy going. My partner and I enjoyed everything about this.

My sister and I had a great stay. The place is spacious and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need to have a fun, pampered holiday - starting and ending with the beautiful views from the balcony. Sunrise over Green Point Park is as exceptional as sunset over Mouille Point's beaches. The decor is fun and upscale. We appreciated having access to a washer-dryer after a long time on the road. The coffee bar and other appliances were also top notch. Communications were easy. Christo and Janine are great hosts, generous with their home and attention to needs. We would stay here again happily.

Reagan’s place was absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! Kelsey, one of the co-hosts, checked us in and was friendly, flexible, and communicative before and throughout our stay. Everything about the place felt homey, cozy, and warm and we didn’t want to leave. They provided great amenities and we loved the remote control lights and curtains. It was so helpful to have a gated parking spot and I would absolutely recommend their place for anyone visiting Cape Town. Hopefully if I make it back, I will absolutely want to stay here again!

Perfect spot in the heart of Seapoint. Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and the awesome waterfront walk. The apartment was clean and well thought out. It had everything I needed. Plus as a female travelling alone I felt very safe in the space and the building. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. The host company is great at communicating, and fixed a minor issue rapidly. Loved the little balcony, and views from the apartment. There is a fan for hot weather, and gas heater for colder weather. You can walk to the waterfront in 15 minutes, and there is a Woolworths supermarket 2 minutes away.

We love the Tamboerskloof neighborhood and this charming spot was in a great location. Pieter's home truly felt like a home away from home, and was so cute. The kitchen was open concept and great to cook in. Pieter was a super responsive host and we so appreciated his communication. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Was a lovely stay. Well located to the major city spots. The hosts were really responsive . They are also very accommodating from start to finish and allowed flexible check-in and check out. The whole family was warm and welcoming. Allowed me to easily feel at home during my stay. Overall a nice home-away from home experience.

Lu's place is perfection. We needed it as a base for while we were at a work event at the Cape Town Stadium. The beauty of it was that my wife and I were able to spend the morning and evenings with the kids, as opposed to not being able to see them all week. Our nanny and the little ones headed out during the day exploring the amazing city, while we were always just a short walk away. Couldn't recommend Lu's place more highly. The pics are a perfect representation of the house! Will book here next year.

Seldom does our family want to return to the same Airbnb...we tend to want to explore new places. But for Alexander's place, we would come back in a heartbeat! Amazing house, comfortable, close to everything, tons of space, and somehow even though it's in the heart of Green Point, was private and peaceful. Do yourself a favour and book this house!

This property is warm and welcoming. You feel right at home. It is good for family as it is spacious. The sun ☀️ in the front rooms invites you to sit and just unwind. It is a walking distance to restaurants, gym or just a walk in the promenade. The hosts are all engaging accommodating and just downright friendly individuals and I dealt with 3 of them. Really would recommend this property can’t wait to try other properties in their portfolio.

Please note that the gate intercom stopped working while we were there. It was not an issue.

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean and matched the photos. I was there for about a week and a half and felt safe in the area. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and security guards were present on the street. Ben was a good host and responded quickly to any questions.

Great apartment in many ways. Kirk communicated with us on the day of the check in, waited for us to arrive, and even helped us with our bags. There was an excellent bottle of wine (so good that we bought a few back) and snacks waiting for us. The location was fantastic - easy 20+ minute walk to the V&A, plenty of great restaurants around, right on the beach for great walks, and amazing sunsets on the balcony (we got takeaway twice just so that we can enjoy that with the great wine). Easy to get an Uber around if needed, too. Two large and comfortable bedrooms with all the usual amenities, which apart from the balcony was all we needed. Highly recommended of you are visiting Cape Town.
