Was the perfect base for us to visit our son, nice walks, lovely park nearby, the kids loved it as much as we did, great cottage in a great village, would definitely stay again, ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We had a wonderful stay in East Rudham. Sue met us on arrival at the property and showed us around - such quiet and peaceful surroundings with a beautiful garden to look out onto, we felt immediately at home. The property is spacious & extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay - including milk & tea bags for a welcome cuppa after our journey. It's in a great position close to open farmland and an easy drive to the beautiful north Norfolk coast and other local attractions. Sue was friendly and communicative from the outset - highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this stunning farm conversion. We were able to park right outside the front door. Upon entering we were delighted to find an immaculately presented property, tastefully decorated, homely and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t fault it. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
