Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it is too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there is always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning agents, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place. The apartment has a fantastic location to the sea and the surrounding gastronomy. You could always easily find a parking space in the street, right in front of the apartment. This is important for us, as we travel a lot on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. Javier was always great to reach and fulfilled all our wishes. He provided us with extra beach chairs and an umbrella etc. There were delicious oranges from the family's own plantation - a dream. When he visited us personally, he was super personable and gave us great tips. We will be very happy to return.

The accommodation cannot be valued for every euro paid, I think the best way to say it is that it is worth every second we spend in it. It was the first trip with our 3-month-old son and it has all the comforts you could wish for. It is a place that I will repeat, I do not say it as a prefabricated phrase, it is true, we are already managing times at work to return this year because we are delighted with the accommodation and with the treatment of Wilfried. If you're looking for a place to disconnect with the family, close to nature but without giving up comforts, this is the place.

The stay at the villa was magnificent. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly more beautiful there than in photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was impeccable and the stay was perfect.

Amazing house with stunning views and surroundings. Super comfortable with all the facilities. Walking distance to beach promenade, marina and Dénia town. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

Very nice accommodation to spend a few days, the decoration and amenities offered with pleasure. Simple and cozy at the same time. Very clean and a good option to spend a few days in the area.

We have just spent three wonderful days at this outstanding villa. It’s just stunning the house is more than you could wish for. Pictures do not do it justice and the outside kitchen and pool area are s amazing. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough ❤️❤️we will be back

Fantastic place. Exactly how it was described. Middle of no where - only thing I would say is be more prepared than us with mosquitoes but don’t let that put you off. Amazing place!

A very pleasant three-night stay. We really appreciated the detail of finding things for breakfast, fresh drinks, coffee... the apartment is nice, the beds comfortable. Everything is very clean. If we ever return to Gandia, we will repeat!

We were two couples, the apartment was perfect, just like in the photos, a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the beach. A very quiet residential complex and very good parking. The host Javier was always attentive to our needs and recommended many places to go. I will definitely be back!

The perfect place to disconnect with the family. The house is as shown in the listing, and the pools are spectacular, so you don't go out all day! Yes, you need the car for everything, but both the beach and the shops of interest are 10 minutes away. We would definitely repeat!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. The apartment is in a great area near the beach and the port, with many dining options. We went in a low tourist season, so it wasn't difficult to park, but in high season it may be very crowded. Continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signing of the contract showing total legality. The apartment is old but with everything a family needs. These are vacation areas where prices are becoming very expensive.

We had a very good time at the apartment. We are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The hostess and her son are very kind and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, 10 min walk and very quiet area. The 10th urbanization with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.
