Holiday rentals with beach access in Grau i Platja

Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is a two-minute walk from the beach and has parking just below. The only thing I miss is a toaster toasting breakfast bread, but we managed using the oven

It's been a great few days at Gérard's place. In every way. Comfort, situation, features, etc. We will be happy to repeat the experience and hope it will remain available for a long time.

The place looks good, exactly as described. Overall the apartment is comfortable and in a good location, close to the beach.

I was a few days with my family in apartment 2, which has all amenities. The patio as already indicated in the listing is shared with the apartment 1. The site is exclusive, with direct beach access. The host was always very attentive.

A great view over the harbour!! Yolanda was always easily accessible and very friendly! Everything is as shown in the photos! Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos! Highly recommended!

We spent 5 days in Pau's apartment, the accommodation was in line with the photo, with plenty of activities nearby easily accessible, there were two of us but it was spacious and comfortable with the nice little balcony facing the beach. I highly recommend it.

The stay in the house was very good. It perfectly matched the photos. The communication with the host was very agile and the location was excellent, a few meters from the entrance to the beach.

Angela provided us with everything, the amazing house, in an unbeatable location with incredible views, everything clean and complete. Highly recommended and we plan to repeat! 😃

Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it is too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there is always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning agents, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place. The apartment has a fantastic location to the sea and the surrounding gastronomy. You could always easily find a parking space in the street, right in front of the apartment. This is important for us, as we travel a lot on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. Javier was always great to reach and fulfilled all our wishes. He provided us with extra beach chairs and an umbrella etc. There were delicious oranges from the family's own plantation - a dream. When he visited us personally, he was super personable and gave us great tips. We will be very happy to return.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

The accommodation cannot be valued for every euro paid, I think the best way to say it is that it is worth every second we spend in it. It was the first trip with our 3-month-old son and it has all the comforts you could wish for. It is a place that I will repeat, I do not say it as a prefabricated phrase, it is true, we are already managing times at work to return this year because we are delighted with the accommodation and with the treatment of Wilfried. If you're looking for a place to disconnect with the family, close to nature but without giving up comforts, this is the place.

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

We were two couples, the apartment was perfect, just like in the photos, a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the beach. A very quiet residential complex and very good parking. The host Javier was always attentive to our needs and recommended many places to go. I will definitely be back!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

Everything has been great, the apartment was clean and very cozy, he left us gifts for the children, and for us too, water and other things... the proximity to the beach, and not to mention the ocean views, the supermarket is very close, we would definitely stay here again

The apartment was clean and spacious and it was a great bonus having 2 bathrooms! Although the apartment was comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a Spar for groceries, there are a few simple things missing that would've made the stay more comfortable: 1) both shower holders face directly out, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand to shower, and the shower cubicle is very small - a tight fit for any larger person. 2) Although we booked for 3 adults and the apartment can accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 small cups for tea/coffee and very few bowls and plates etc. 3) No extra blankets in the bedrooms. Sadly we didn't have the best weather during our time in Spain and it was quite cold at night, with only a thin sheet on the bed. The host Jose Luis was very flexible, friendly and helpful, if we were staying longer we would have asked for blankets etc. and I'm sure he would have assisted with providing them.

We had a very good time at the apartment. We are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.
