Apartment located on the beachfront, with a terrace at the front of the house, from which you can have breakfast or a refreshment while watching the sea, and feeling the sea breeze. It has a rear terrace, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, countertop to prepare your favorite dishes, two bedrooms, 150cm bed and two singles. A bathroom with a large shower tray, renovated in 2024. There is a wifi and elevator. Go down, cross, and you have the beach at your feet.

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Penthouse and duplex with large private terrace with ocean view. Relax at our chill-out ! It is a spacious and renovated apartment. The living room is very bright, with large windows. It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have kids, they'll love hanging out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)

A nice and bright apartment on the 3rd row of the beach, with a small terrace overlooking the harbor, very close to the beach and yacht club. Located in the leisure area of Grao where there are restaurants, shops and several pubs, so there is no reason to get bored. Solarium and community pool on the top floor of the building to take a dip and enjoy spectacular views. It has a covered parking lot so you don't have to waste time looking for a place to park.

Apartment located on the beachfront of Gandía with spectacular views and all amenities within easy reach. Mi Gaviota consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fantastic terrace with a dining area and a small chill-out area to relax and listen to the sea. It also has a swimming pool, tennis court, and swings. Free parking is 50 meters away. NO YOUNG GROUPS ALLOWED.
