Exactly as advertised, Mollie's place was the epitome of what an Airbnb should be: very comfortable, extremely convenient and private, no hassles or confusion, and with plenty of personality. Special mention goes to the single fold out bed, which was one of the most comfortable fold-outs I have ever slept on.

Perfect place for our needs. Short college visit with our son to Denision. Easy walk into town and to campus. Bike trail right behind with a coffee shop down the trail. Everything exactly as described.

I had a really nice stay. The bed was so comfortable! I wish there was a stove top to be able to cook but I made do with the microwave. I understand if there can be no stovetop downstairs as it is a basement apartment. The coffee was great and they provided half and half! Stacey was very responsive and even offered to ship me my jacket that I left behind. Highly recommend for university families visiting Denison or alums coming back for a reunion!

I cannot say enough good things about Bancroft Cottage. It’s charming, it has great space, the decor is perfect and you have the Cidery on the other side of the gate. What more could you want?! A perfect place to stay for a weekend in Granville. We had a fabulous graduation weekend here and will definitely book the cottage next time we’re back in Granville. Trent is an amazing host and accommodated our changing plans like a rockstar! We were so grateful. Thank you again!!!!!
