Holiday rentals with a kayak in Grand Lake

Lynn’s property is lovely and peaceful with beautiful views. Everything was as described and extremely well equipped, including the kitchen, which is the best equipped I have ever seen for an Airbnb. Communication was timely, easy and clear. I would definitely stay again!

Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

We stayed at Marian’s place for two weeks as we were volunteering in the area. For a long stay we required a place like home that had all the amenities for large meals. She had everything! You can bake, bbq, blend. Was great to feel at home, and enough room for everyone. We had rain but enjoyed reading on the covered porch out front and nice big deck out back to sit in sun. Would recommend for a long stay.

Kelley was pleasure to deal with, and very responsive. The property was as described, very scenic and comfortable with everything we needed. We were there to celebrate a family birthday and there was plenty of room for 10 of us. Thank you for sharing your lovely property.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

Had a great stay. We went for a snowmobile trip. The groomed trail is right to the doorstep. Adam is an avid snowmobiler himself and was able to give great tips of sights to see, as he has extensive knowledge of the area. Several times throughout our stay he messaged us to see where we were or just checking in to see if we needed anything. He popped in before we left to see how the trip was. Would certainly return to trails end again. Great destination for ATVing or snowmobiling or just a little getaway. Conveniently located and not far at all off the main highway

the home was exactly as described. super clean and everything you will need, the bed was so comfy, we had wonderful relaxing quiet family time together, our puppers just ran and ran around the gradens, so much space!, also little touches like the dog bowl stand was appreciated. it is a few miles from shops etc but there was a great little Irving not far away with an amazing little shop there selling most things. would definitely rebook if going to that area again. we all loved it.

We were visiting relatives from the area and this was a great home base. Very nice to have direct acces to the river , we took kayaks up river and landed in the back yard. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus

This was our second time staying here. If you’re looking for a remote, rustic, peaceful stay - this is your place. But be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes. There were so many in fact that we couldn’t explore the property but the screened in porch with the wood stove was the highlight of our trip. We’ll book again. Mostly to say hello to the resident bunny who kept hanging around. We named him Roger in case you see him. Say hello from us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed in the Magpie and it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. It was a rainy weekend but we made good use of the BBQ and hot tub under the covered porch! Very clean and comfiest bed ever! We also visited the coffee shop and took in the view at the beach. This place is a treasure for sure!

Sarah's river oasis was absolutely incredible. The inside layout was open yet still private when you needed it to be. The outdoor area had comfortable furniture to sit or lay on every where you turned. From bbqs, to pizza ovens to air fryers, there wasn't anything missing when you needed to cook. There was an abundance of supplies offered such as toiletries, zip loc bags and condiments. The way she arranged this Airbnb leaves nothing to be desired. For any fisherman, this section of the St. John River has amazing fishing. Every day we took our boat out we caught something different such as chain pickerel, small mouth bass and huge yellow perch. Thank you for a very special vacation. We look forward to staying with you again!

Rachel was so kind and even had a card and treat waiting for us once we arrived. Everything was perfect! Beautiful scenery and right on the lake. There are only two things I would note. There isn’t a microwave just and the shower fluctuates from hot to cold randomly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

Amazing place. Very cozy, great view of the river. Nice fire place in the yard. Beautiful 2 bedrooms with big beds and 2 beds in the little room up top. Definitely recommend and would absolutely come back once in NB again. Amazing hosts and service was great. Thank you.

Beautiful get away. The air bnb is in a peaceful spot and the air bnb was beautifully decorated!

Karen and Ben were the best hosts ever. They put so much care and attention to the little things that make a place feel like home. From the spare toothbrush and Ziploc bags to the tackle and rods. What was even more amazing was their rescue without hesitation. We were stranded in Fredericton with a flat and they not only picked us up that night but brought us around and back to town in the morning for our repairs. Gracious, caring, proactive and authentic are but a few words that can describe the hosts and lake house. Thank you for making us feel like we were staying with family.

Our stay was amazing! Syke was wonderful and made booking easy! The dome was amazing and the trails and hot tub were great! Definitely recommend!

Randy responded to booking quickly, was transparent with his expectations and left detailed instructions that were easy to follow. Loved the ability to self check-in as we were quite behind with our itinerary and arrived late. Only small complaint is that the stairs to the loft are quite steep. it could be an issue for someone with less mobility. Very cute and quiet property. Will definitely book again if we are in the area in the future. 9/10!

Will's cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway and just what we needed. The cabin is beautiful and the scenery was even better! We had such a peaceful stay, the area is private and very quiet! We had everything we needed and Will was very responsive and made sure we had an easy check in. I would highly recommend this place to anybody seeking a cozy weekend getaway! we hope to be back in the summer time. Thanks again, Will!!
