Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand Lake

The home is beautiful, lots of history. We enjoyed our stay, owners lived on site and were friendly. Lots of room, comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend if visiting Fredericton.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Wanda and Jim’s place! They were great hosts, making the check in and check out process super smooth. The place was spotless and so cozy. We were only there for 2 nights but could have stayed forever. Highly recommend!

April's place was so clean and was even better than the pictures. The house was so well stocked with everything you would need including excellent pots and pans. The welcome bag of local coffee and candy jar was a lovely touch. I will definitely book again

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

This was a very last minute booking so we could rest our heads before getting on the road again. He approved the request within minutes. He greeted us even upon check-in to show us how to get in. The airbnb was clean, had the basics and the later 12pm check out was especially nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed. I have had back and neck pain issues for decades and it was painful waking up on that firm mattress.

Quite possibly the best Airbnd I have ever stayed at! Immaculate, beautifully furnished , great bed and linens, TV with streaming services, a nice shower, full kitchen in an excellent location with many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. It was a very relaxing and non-stressful experience. Host Joan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

Anna and Andrew’s place was an amazing stay. We came up from Cape Breton to do some ice fishing, we were nervous about travelling at first, but the stay definitely helped us relax. Andrew was quick to help with locations and even provided us with gear to help us get into some fish. Lots of great fishing, the hosts were more than accommodating and responsive, overall a good trip. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can feel comfortable, this is the place for you! 🙂

Had a lovely week long stay. Had all the amenities I needed and was super comfortable. The place was spotless and modern and only a 10-15 minute drive to city centre. Would definitely stay at this location again!

We enjoyed our stay, it was just what we needed for a few days before moving into our new home. It was peaceful and very homey! Our host was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

We loved the house and the kids loved the pool! Noah was extremely helpful and responsive to questions ! We definitely recommend this place! Great location and close to shopping!

This place was great and the scenery was beautiful. The hot tub was easy to use and the fire pit was well stocked. Did not get to take advantage of the lake but it was really peaceful and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Would stay here again.

Was a great time. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Very private and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. Marley was very quick to respond and react in anyway. Will hopefully return again.

Cozy backyard. We absolutely loved the back porch, our favorite place to hang out in the evening.

We were visiting relatives from the area and this was a great home base. Very nice to have direct acces to the river , we took kayaks up river and landed in the back yard. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus

The “Lake House” is truly a little piece of paradise!! Very peaceful and serene!! Beautiful grounds, lake, and house. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. Peter is one of the nicest, sweetest, and accommodating hosts a guest could ask for. Once you visit, it is hard to leave.
