Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

We had a great stay here while exploring Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. The place is very conveniently located with only a 10 minute drive to Arches. Located in downtown Moab with plenty of different activities to explore. There were 2 other apartments on the property but it was still very quiet and private. Having laundry on site was a great added benefit too after long days of hiking! Everything inside was well labeled too making it easy to find everything we needed!

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

We stayed in Moab for two nights only and visited local parks. We therefore had no time to use the many amenities listed - which we would have if we had had more time. The apartment felt safe, parking was plentiful, the apartment was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the new knives and spice rack in the kitchen - that was a nice friendly touch.

If you haven't visited Moab before, do it and book Desiney's place!! My husband and I traveled in because I had planned a destination wedding for a bride in Moab and we needed a spacious place to stay - Destiney's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures dont do it justice - there is so much room and you can tell Destiney carefully thought through every aspect of the space to make it a home away from home. It's in the literal heart of downtown and is extremely walkable to anything you could imagine. We hope to come back for vacation in the future!

Clean and comfortable place. Both bedroom have ensuite bathrooms and there is even a half-bath downstairs.

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Justin went above and beyond with getting us there and in the home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and memorable place to stay, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality getaway experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely, fully equipped, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed enjoyed the peaceful location, on the edge of Moab, with a beautiful backyard view. Highly recommend and would stay there again if we are in the area!

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

Tamara’s place was PERFECT for our stay: quiet, comfortable, and well-situated. All was at least as good as advertised. Above-average assortment of condiments/pantry contents. Everything was spotless and easy to use. We visited Arches, Dead Horse Point, Goblin Valley, and various sights in the San Rafael Swell; all were beautiful and well worth seeing. An unexpected benefit of Tamara’s place: during our quiet evening walks, we saw a variety of wildlife. We would absolutely stay here again, quite happily.

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

We had a wonderful stay! The size was perfect for our group of 3 adults and each of us could enjoy the comfort and privacy of our own bedroom. The condo was great! Comfortable furniture. Lots of space in the bedrooms. Good bathroom with good pressure. 5 of us were very comfortable. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. The place is close to town. Hot tub and pool were heated and very nice to use even in 30 degree weather. Would stay here again!

My wife and I had a great week in Moab. The condo was in a great area and very quiet during the week. Golf course right out the back sliding glass door. Community pool was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable house! The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were very clean, everything was perfect! And a great place to store our bikes inside the house!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Place was very clean and truly felt like a home. I only wish I would’ve stayed longer! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Troy’s place was the perfect home base for our travels to Canyonlands Needles District, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Fisher Tower. We felt right at home, Troy was very responsive, the place was spotless and organized, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are beautiful views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.
