To say this place is stunning would be selling it short. it is easily the best place to stay in Moab. Jeff was an excellent host who was responsive, kind, and very welcoming. I cannot wait to stay here again.

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

Everything was exactly as described. Beds were comfy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Wonderful place for family to gather that hasn’t seen each other in a long time!! After playing all day we had a perfect spot to cook together and play games together!! It was truly set up to feel like home!!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it really met our needs. Convenient! 5 miles from downtown with great restaurants. 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Great location for surrounding off road trails. The garage is an awesome plus! Their home is so well stocked. Plenty of blankets, towels, fully stocked kitchen! Games, gear, you name it. They really go all out in making sure there is a little of everything. 2 king size beds! Both comfortable! TV’s in each bedroom & living room. Comfortable leather couches too! Great backyard. There is a hot tub and a patio heater, but we didn’t use either-but great options! Loved how they label everything! Every switch, where things are-so organized! Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views. Front and back of house. If you have physical/visual disabilities, their AirBNB will suit your needs because it did mine. We would stay here again if back in the area! Thanks again Neil and Abbie!

Tamara’s place was PERFECT for our stay: quiet, comfortable, and well-situated. All was at least as good as advertised. Above-average assortment of condiments/pantry contents. Everything was spotless and easy to use. We visited Arches, Dead Horse Point, Goblin Valley, and various sights in the San Rafael Swell; all were beautiful and well worth seeing. An unexpected benefit of Tamara’s place: during our quiet evening walks, we saw a variety of wildlife. We would absolutely stay here again, quite happily.

Staying at Jenna’s neighborhood Airbnb was a perfect way to spend 3 days in Moab. Jenna is a great host - she was friendly when we saw her and communicative before the trip. The location is superb - it’s on a quiet street away from the bustle of main street, but close enough of a walk that we didn’t need to drive to breakfast or dinner. The unit itself is very comfortable. The bed, the furniture, and peaceful location made it all a great stay.

Had a wonderful time! Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street and all amenities. Beautiful, clean, and well kept space. Would recommend to anyone! If we end up in Moab again, I will be booking this space again! Thank you so much!

It was a perfect little place for a weekend in Moab. Its right at theback of the city so no outside noise. The place itself was very clean with clear instructions for easy access to amenities. The kitchen utensils are on the minimal end but that works out well if you are only there for a short stay Overall great experience with hot tub to relax after a long day outdoors. I think the outside hot tub with night sky view is the best highlight.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for our short stay in Moab. Conveniently located to downtown Moab (a few minute walk) and less than 10 minutes from the Arches Park entrance. The space is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed some wine on the rooftop after sunset one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again when we come back and love that you could rent multiple units for a larger group.

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

If you are driving and want a calmer atmosphere than found in center Moab, Chad's place is the perfect spot. It is only a short drive to Arches entrance, town center, and a bit longer to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and appreciated the lock on the bedroom door. If you have not secured a timed entry permit, try going after 4:00 pm. There are at least 4 hours of daylight remaining in the summer, it is much cooler, and no one was manning the entrance gates to collect the fee.

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Clean and comfortable place. Both bedroom have ensuite bathrooms and there is even a half-bath downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The size was perfect for our group of 3 adults and each of us could enjoy the comfort and privacy of our own bedroom. It was my wife and I and and another couple staying for three nights. We all agreed it was the perfect place to stay. Clean comfortable had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was nice. Met some other nice couples there. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We wanted to check out Moab for a few days and this place was incredible to stay at. It was very modern , clean , plenty of space for the 4 of us , it was close to local attractions and the pool/hot tub area was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Moab.

If you are looking for a vacation house, this is it! It’s beautiful, roomy, comfortable, private, and surrounded by lovely views! The pool and hot tub are a quick walk down the street. Within 15 minutes you’re in the center of Moab and that is filled with shops and restaurants. Of course, Arches and Canyonlands are a short drive away. Troy went above and beyond to make our stay perfect; he was always available and responsive. Enthusiastically recommend!
