Emy is a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, organized, and had everything you needed. All switches and drawers were labeled, so it really took the guesswork out of things and helped us get situated so much quicker. If we ever get the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

Beautiful and so clean. We were impressed with how many amenities were inside the home, coffee options, ice machine, steam shower, sauna, and more. Everything looked and felt so clean and well taken care of! We especially loved the themed decor, it really made our trip around Moab so authentic. The host responded to us immediately when we needed a little help which was comforting. My daughter did find a desert centipede in the kitchen one morning, but I think that just comes with the location. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family we had 8 family members they had two pull beds in the garage, they were missing blankets we made a quick call and someone delivered them right away. The location was perfect and patio was superb, the misters were not working properly but we managed. We would defiantly stay again! Cheers, Mateja Harrington

Clean, comfortable place. Lots of trailer parking which was huge for us. We spent our downtime hanging in the garage on the sofas. Would definitely stay again!

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

Nice stay with fantastic views. Overall good experience with a responsive and helpful host. The only issues were one of the beds had what appeared to be sheets that hadn’t been fully laundered and some cockroaches in the house(it is an older house). Overall the house was well decorated, clean, well provisioned for a vacation. Would stay again.

Simple and affordable-just like the description. Plenty of extra toiletries available if you forget something. The living room is spacious with enough room to put down multiple air mattresses/sleeping bags. Definitely not luxurious-but perfect for our big family who needed to crash for a night after seeing Arches National Park and didn’t want to pay a fortune to stay in Moab.

My friends and I loved our stay at Dustin’s! The house was easy to find using the pin he provides and it was in the perfect location! It’s just far enough out of town to be peaceful and relaxing but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Dustin was super relaxed and responsive so our stay felt stress free. We had eight people in our group and Dustin’s home was perfect for us space wise. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved staying at the Red Rocks retreat! The house was amazing! Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. The bedrooms were huge and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and tennis court were a huge bonus to keep the kids busy when we weren't out sightseeing. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in the Moab area! Thank you Nicole for an awesome vacation!

Katie’s place was comfortable, convenient, and clean. Especially liked having access to the garage, as the temperatures outside were hot. Would recommend for a family trip to Southern Utah.

Holly is very responsive to inquiries, issues and additional info/help. Home is well stocked for cooking, meals together, and extended stay with laundry. Well laid out for a group. Functional furniture and kitchen. Uncluttered. We were 6 adults in our late 60's there to explore the Swell and Green River Rocks. Wanted a ranch style - one level. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Made suggestions for a couple of useful ammenities - well received. Great base camp for families or friends looking to explore the incredible geology and beauty there - from moab to goblin valley, Price, Nine Mile and especially the Bookcliffs and all of the Swell.

We stayed at Estee’s house for a family get-together. The space and amenities were perfect and the house was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for. Estee proactively checked-in ahead of and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The location was easy to find even with very late arrival. The home had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Nice location with beautiful views.

We loved this place. It was so spacious and everything was well done. We didn’t lack anything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for our family of 6.

Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Great price for that area!

This place was great. 10 individual cottages with a nice courtyard to hang out in. We met other guests and talked about our adventures. Quite location within walking distance of main street with shopping, restaurants and even the food truck park which is great. Cassi was very pro active with instructions and making sure our stay was great. The support staff were great, very nice and helped make the stay pleasant. We will stay again for sure.

This is a great place on Moab - lovely outdoor spaces, decks, garden, etc. It does share outdoor common space with other units, but that means you can share a glass of wine with a neighbor! Also, very well outfitted home - good dishes, comfy beds, plenty of linens, shampoo in the showers, etc. - it is turnkey.

Lovely house. We had four adults and four kids with plenty of beds for everyone. The patio was great and there was ample parking for our Jeeps and trailer. We would absolutely stay there again.
