Villa holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

Gorgeous villa and pool. Lovely quiet area. Host very responsive. Only downside is that, most things are within walking distance, but if you do want to get a taxi, they are hard to book/ find.

Absolute paradise!! I cannot explain how beautiful this place is! If you want to get away from it all but not be too far from everything, El Mirador is the perfect location. The views are magnificent, the property itself is outstanding (it has everything you need including fast wifi to work) and the hosts are the absolute sweetest. 11/10 would recommend!

Sky has been a great host. She helped us contact local car rental company before we arrived, she prepared many toys for the kids to play with and set out breakfast since we arrive late in the evening. Her house is spotless and very pretty. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The location is great, several supermarkets nearby and local restaurants and beach Playa del Carabassí is 5 mins drive away, which Sky has recommended in her welcome booklet. Sky also recommended app we can download to have food delivered which was so handy. The pool was a big hit with the kids, there are steps in the pool, so my toddler can sit down with his feet in water and enjoy playing. My 6 year old and I were able to get into the water and swim a bit late April, since the pool is in the sun most of the day. The artificial grass outside the house is great, it doesn't get too hot for kids' bare feet. The house is well equipped, and everything runs smoothly. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures, with a beautiful patio and pool. Located in a quiet and nice area – perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

A very comfortable villa which can easily be accessed from roads or air. Peaceful and quiet. The villa has a great sized private pool which was very welcoming on hot days. There is a small selection of restaurants and bars a short and easy walk from the villa, approx 5 mins. The local shopping centre has more restaurants and bars. There are plenty of supermarkets and pharmacy too. This is about 15 minutes walk away. You will need a car to access the beach. The air conditioning is effective in the bedrooms to ensure you sleep well.

If it was possible i would give this place and Alesandra more stars, everything was perfect. Alesandra is such helpful and nice host, she answered all of my questions quickly and offered help always. The place is the most amazing place you can get. 1000000% recommend!

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful two weeks in this lovely villa with family dipping in and out during our stay - certainly enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for them all! Special memories made around the pool area with the little ones and around the large dining areas with the adults. Great kitchen space - and well equipped - we made some great family meals! Nice quiet area - a few bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Couple of visits to the beach too! Thank you Rachael and Christian :)

Great place to stay with lots of garden seating. It was really clean but there were issues with hot water and the washing machine but these were quickly resolved by the amazing handyman. There is building going on next door and we were woken up a couple of mornings but they were trying to be so considerate by blocking off windows etc. the house is suitable for 6 but there were only 2 of us so it was a great for us with lots of room.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

Had an amazing stay. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect, close to all amenities. We really enjoyed this villa. There was everything you need and thanks to this we felt like at home. The pool is a big advantage, you can rest all days. The garden is beautiful, you can even grab lemons or limes! The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shops nearby. If you want to spend a great time in Spain in awesome place I totalny recommend!
