Apartment holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Great apartment, not much surrounding, but we were happy using the pool and the hot tub to fill our days.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Except that the location was not accurate, everything else was excellent, from the cleanliness of the apartment and how it was equipped to the proximity to some spectacular beaches to enjoy!!! Spectacular surroundings of the building and its pool with a very good sea view.

We stayed here with our family and two-year-old child and were very happy with the experience. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, grill, sun umbrella, and comfortable flooring — perfect for relaxing. Everything was quiet, and we had no issues during our stay. Some appliances are a bit outdated, but that wasn’t a big deal. We visited in May and had no problems with parking. Without a car, getting to the beach might be less convenient. Overall, a great place for both short and long stays. Recommended!

Great place to stay with large shared pool in the area, sea and restaurants in a walkable distance. Amazing!

Joey is a very responsible host and responded to all our questions without delay. As for the bungalow, it is small but cozy. Special mention goes to the terrace with its fantastic views, BBQ, and lounge area. However, it's worth noting that if you're planning to stay here as a group of four (as we did), it might feel a bit cramped and not very comfortable. The bungalow is ideal for 2-3 people. It has a great location if you want to visit Torrevieja, Alicante, and Benidorm.

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

we really enjoyed our stay just outside of alicante, the bus service in the area is close and easy going, nice restaurants close by and a short walk away near the beach, the apartment is fully equipped and the pool area is really quiet and relaxing, the sun lounge area was private and had good sun for most of the day. would definitely come back.

A few useful additions, would be a couple of egg cups, an easy chair, a small coffee table, full length mirror, iron and a couple of beach chairs. Lucy, David's representative was lovely, greeting us in the early hours of the morning, also providing an ironing table and iron. Albeit the list of desirable items above, we enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Martin and Jeannette

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

The apartment perfectly matched the description. It was very well located so you could go anywhere on foot (downtown, beach). The terrace is a plus because it is very oriented, in general a very nice apartment, with the perfect amenities (2 bathrooms) and I insist super clean which gives a lot of confidence. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing:) It is easy to reach everything on foot; the airport and city is also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a great stay in Arenales del Sol. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach, in the middle of the promenade, so that all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful evening sun!

It's been a wonderful week in Arenals del Sol. Everything was as advertised. Communication with Raimondas and Svetlana was straightforward. We would definitely book again.
