Apartment holiday rentals in Gräfelfing

Had a great week-long stay at Annika's place in Wessling. Very clean, functional, nicely decorated, and no problem for three adults. As advertised. S-bahn several minutes' walk away (approx. 30 minutes to Muenchen Hauptbahnhof on the S8). Grocery right around the corner. Bakery down the street. Couple nice restaurants as well. Lovely cafe right across the street on the water. Great imbiss/stube nearby on the water. Overall, great location and place to stay. Again, easy trip into the city, yet very peaceful out in the Bavarian countryside. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended. It is peacefull nice place were you can relax and forgot about daily routine

The apartment was exactly as described . Very clean and well maintained, very spacious layout, plenty of space for five people with a dog. Very modern and well furnished. A new building with several apartments on the outskirts. We felt very comfortable there and would book it again and again. The contactless check-in/check-out was also completely hassle-free. Communication with the landlord for the arrival was very good.

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

The place was clean, well-maintained and as pictured. Although without a kitchen, but still a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle, so completely sufficient for a short trip! Very lovingly and beautifully prepared and everything easy to find with the description. Alexander always responds promptly and also proactively contacts you regarding arrival/departure and important information. If you want to go to Munich, this is super possible with the S-Bahn, but the bus from the property takes quite a long time to get to the station, which is why we went there by car, as there are free parking spaces at the S-Bahn stop. Otherwise it is a quiet location and we enjoyed it very much:)

We stayed here for three nights as family (one child) - and loved it. The interior design, especially the kitchen, was beautiful and we loved every little detail of the home. It’s close to the Pilsensee and Wörthsee, and S-Bahn station Hechendorf.

This place was incredible, very good organized, the neighborhood was chill and beautiful and you had a lot of privacy. 100% recommended.

Martin's place exceeded our expectations. His communication and responses to any enquiry was fantastic and as we were Aussies his English was just as good. The apartment is very warm, cosy,light and airy and full of German charm. The location made it very easy for any transport required with numerous restaurants,bars and shopping centres located in very easy walking distance. We highly recommend Martin's place to stay at while in Munich.

The stay was wonderful and gave a great feel to what it would be like living in a residential part of Munich. The market and other local shops are right behind the Airbnb. It is only a 10 min walk to a tram that can get you to the city center near the main station. Would recommend to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful flat in Munich! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. It felt like a true home away from home. Madsen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich.

Very nice, large apartment. Superbly equipped and 15 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn. Perfect for a visit to Munich, if you don't want to live in the middle of it.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very neat and nicely decorated. The quiet area, close to a supermarket and cafes and a few minutes by car from the highway. Spacious parking. Very good and fast communication with the owner. I would repeat. The kitchenware is somewhat scarce.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
