The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The bedroom with the old stable door, family room with wood-burning stove, kitchen and toilet and bath with underfloor heating form the framework for a different and lovely holiday home. Beautiful kitchen/living room with fantastic light, both due to skylights and large windows facing the terrace and garden. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as laundry room with washing facilities. There is 1000 m to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.

My newly built cottage is only an 8-minute walk from one of Denmark's most beautiful beaches. (Summer 2020). There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
