Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Parkeringsplads tæt på hytten. boligen og gårdhaven er afskærmet fra hovedhuset med egen indgang. Hytten er forsynet med sovesofa, “IKKE EN SENG”, med top madras 140 x 210. Den er beregnet til 2 voksne. Der er plissesolgardiner overalt, ikke mørklægningsgardiner. Mulighed for opladning af el-bil. Overdækket cykelparkering.

It is a perfect base for exploring North Zealand and Copenhagen is only a 60-minute cardrive away. This house is perfect for a laid back vacation or just for an extended weekend. All year round. Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
