Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The sleeping area is arranged on a mezzanine with a skylight window. Delicious materials have been used. Beautiful marble countertop in the kitchen and beautifully handmade dining table. Furniture is carefully selected with a focus on sustainability. Textiles in organic materials have been selected. The garden is large and beautiful and there is a very short distance to the sea.

Annex in Helsinge overlooking fields and forests

This natural gem is located north of Helsinge in Kongernes Nordsjælland overlooking open fields and forests. It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. We have separate electricity meters, so you will be charged according to the daily rates found at other public charging stations.

The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 min to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbor and the coast, as well as a 7 min walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view.
