The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Course and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

Wonderful vacation house situated a stone's throw from the water and the beach. Literally speaking! Here you can wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, almost calling your name, if you feel for a morning swim. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
