Stylish first floor apartment in the residential area of Düsternbrook (between the fjord, university hospital, Blücherplatz). Everything is within walking distance. Amenities: Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen with seating, one bedroom (pull-out bed 160 × 200), spacious full bathroom and separate toilet. It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. Please let me know in advance if there is a need.

Beautiful old building in the city center - 2

The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Private washing machine on the first floor

Die Ferienwohnung Magdalene liegt im dritten Stock der sanierten Gründerzeitvilla in der Holtenauer Straße 100. Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.

The penthouse built in 2019 is located in a quiet side street directly in the city center of Kiel (within walking distance 3 minutes to the main train station). In addition to the 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furnishings are super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME on the TV for free.

Beautiful stylish old building apartment!

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

Hi everyone! you will stay in a 1-room apartment (27 square meters - 3rd floor of an apartment building - without an elevator) located directly on the beautiful Schrevenpark. The apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in January 2023. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as KIELER WOCHE, are within walking distance. Free parking is available in and around my street - possibly waiting time.

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center (Plaza), IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. The homeowner was very nice, friendly and welcoming, which provided us with great convenience, we got off the cruise especially early, and the homeowner waited for us to keep our luggage so we could easily see the beauty of Kiel.Although it was a shared bathroom and kitchen, the owner was quiet and hardly felt where he was, as if we had the whole apartment to ourselves.Thank you again for your hospitality, thank you, we enjoyed the view of the Kiel waterfront and the style of the pedestrian street, Kiel surprised us.
