Holiday rentals with beach access in Grad Zadar

Alles lief reibungslos, toller Ort. Dino war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns alles beantworten können.

Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht: Meer mit Kieselstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß braucht man nur 30 Minuten in die Altstadt. Für lokale Tipps und Auskünfte war Petar sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist auf das nötigste begrenzt. Extravagantes essen kochen sollte man daher nicht planen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Wir waren zum Freundinnen - Urlaub dort und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Es sah so auf wie auf den Fotos und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Eins der Highlights war der beheizte Pool mit Blick aufs Meer 🤩 Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, wir hatten einen Mietwagen und somit war alles gut erreichbar. Auch mit Uber waren wir öfters problemlos unterwegs. Ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Nachricht von Blazenko erhalten mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr spät ankamen, hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt. Blazenko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

We had a great stay at Matija's apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The location was also perfect for us - it is nicely situated in a quieter, more residential area away from the tourist noise but remains close to the old town, which is around 15-20 mins pleasant, flat walk. It's also 1 min from a useful little shop, 5 mins from a range of beaches (and a nice beach bar) and less than 10 mins walk from the main bus station. Matija and his family were great hosts, too. Communication was good from the start and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This included taking time to give us directions (and shortcuts) to the places we'd want to go, helping out with booking taxis, flexible check-in/check-out and generally being warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a really good holiday and have nothing to complain about at all. Brilliant accommodation and host in lovely Zadar.

Wir hatten eine ganz entspannte Zeit am Ende der Saison. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen: man ist ganz nah am Meer und die Pool- und Spielanlagen vom benachbarten Resort, die wir nutzen durften, waren super für die Kids! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In der Nebensaison mit Familie oder zwei Paaren äußerst zu empfehlen. Komfortabel, modern, neuwertig (bis auf das ausziehbare Schlafsofa, welches aber auch nicht als Schlafmöglichkeit angegeben wurde), die ruhige Aussicht aufs Wasser aus dem 1. OG vom Balkon aus ist der Wahnsinn. Die Klimaanlage konnte Mittags kühlen und nachts wärmen, wodurch immer das perfekte Klima gegeben war. Spülmaschine hat dabei geholfen die Aufräumarbeiten zu kürzen und mehr Zeit zum entspannen zu haben. Insgesamt bei uns in der Nebensaison ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einer super modernen, sauberen und ordentlichen Wohnung mit riesiger Glasfront und Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Gerne wieder👍🏽

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

prisvärt boende och väldigt fint hus. bra pool med som va rimligt stor. Fanns ändå väldigt mycket nära så de va lätt o ta sig men rekommenderar att ta hyrbil. väldigt snälla värdar som va lättillgängliga.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight: der Balkon mit direktem Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Wir waren für knapp 6 Tage in Zadar in der Unterkunft von Slavica & Petar. Bereits der Check-In war sehr komfortabel, da wir erst spät abends landeten und uns ein später Self Check-In ermöglicht wurde. Das Apartment lädt mit seiner Sauberkeit und schönen Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Wohngegend liegt direkt am Wasser und die Altstadt ist über einen circa 25 minütigen Spaziergang erreichbar. Ebenfalls gibt es mehrere fußläufige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Es gibt zwei Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft. Einen etwas größeren Strand kann man mittels eines längeren Spaziergangs oder einer günstigen Uberfahrt in der Nähe der Altstadt (Strand Kolovare) finden. Die Kommunikation verlief zu jedem Zeitpunkt reibungslos und war immer freundlich. Eine echte Empfehlung, wenn man in Zadar Urlaub machen möchte!

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.
