Holiday rentals with a pool in Grad Krk

It's a newly built house with modern and contemporary furnishings and technology. AIRBNB'S position data will lead to an incorrect address ! But it wasn't tragic because Valentina helped us find the property. It is located about 200 m from the listed Airbnb position. Upon arrival we immediately loved the beautiful house and pool. The interior leaves nothing to be desired, everything was sparkling clean. We were also happy about the warm welcome and that there were already snacks and drinks in the fridge. The quiet location was nice, sometimes no civilization noises for hours. Due to the secluded location, the food supply is only possible by car, but the nearest shopping center (LIDL, Konzum, Plodine) , gas station, etc. is only 8 km away and very easy to reach (10 min). Conclusion: Super great house, pure relaxation, dogs welcome.

Great house (all new and tip top), well-kept garden and pool. Very quiet, to the cities of Krk & Malinska 15 min drive, to Baska 30 min (most beautiful city of all three cities, also has a beautiful swimming beach for a day trip). The place where the house is is a small village. There is a small shop for everyday needs plus a very, very good Konoba (restaurant) on the main street (2 min by car). I am very happy to recommend the great house, delighted us every day and aroused the idea of coming back in the fall.

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super nice and always answered super fast if there were questions. The place is super sweet but for our personal taste it could‘ve been cleaner it was overall clean but there were a view things that could’ve gotten a little more attention while cleaning. It was a nice neighborhood we weren’t super quiet but there was never an issue with any neighbors. We do have to say that one evening a neighbor came onto the property to sell us olive oil which was kinda weird because we were only girls so I would keep the gates closed ( which we didn’t oops) and maybe not have things of worth laying around outside because if he had the chance to come onto the property others can to. But the host answered immediately when we told her and made sure we always felt save for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back overall amazing.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

A wonderful villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Very modern, very well equipped. It is located in a small settlement, and even if some houses are still in front of it, you have a view of the bay of Krk and the sea. When you arrive, you feel like in the hotel: towels and bathrobes are waiting for the beds, the bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and private bathrooms. Highlight is the spacious, half-covered terrace with the pool, loungers and seating groups. The entire complex and amenities are very high quality, the hosts Valentina and Seny are very nice and helpful. If you are not looking for a "traditional cottage" made of stone, with wooden beams and surrounded by wine - this is a nice alternative. We can fully recommend this villa and it is worth its price.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

The house was beautiful with great furniture and a beautiful view. We were very enthusiastic about the modern and clean furnishings. It was all perfect and we can definitely recommend it. Super located apartment with great sea views. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, we didn't miss anything. The beach is quickly accessible and super suitable for extensive walks. Apartment is equipped with a small private pool. All excursion destinations on the island of Krk can be reached within a short time. Nice communication with hosts. It was a perfect getaway. Very courteous and always available owners, they recommended many places to visit and typical restaurants, all really great recommendations!!Perfectly clean apartment, ours was small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities, ideal for a couple. The swimming pool with sunbeds is also excellent. Very close to the center but in a quiet area, perfect for resting without disturbance. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at this beautiful apartment in Crikvenica! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with every gadget and amenity you could need — whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or working remotely. The sea view from the terrace is simply stunning, and we spent most of our mornings and evenings enjoying it. The pool and jacuzzi were a real highlight — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also loved the outdoor grill area, which made for some great dinners. One of the best parts for us was that the apartment is dog-friendly. It made traveling with our furry friend so easy and stress-free. The location is peaceful yet close enough to everything Crikvenica has to offer. About 15-20 min on foot to the sea and restaurants. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and scenic getaway. Thank you! :)

Apartment located in a strategic position. Great pool always clean. Francois and Monika are great hosts ready to give all the information and advice. Small downside but not serious cleanliness not optimal but overall it is there. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

Baska is a bit crowdy but this appartemtn gives you a breath from it. Perfect swimming pool, quiet place. I love how fast Mia was reacting to messages and being proactive at any stage.

The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

A beautiful garden with so many loving details makes the stay really special. A very friendly loving welcome, almost a piece to visit friends.... Traditional and authentically furnished but everything is provided for. Everywhere butterflies, fruit trees, rosemary and lavender around the great pool. Very well maintained. We felt very comfortable.

Barbara and Davor's place was really nice. We were greeted with kind words and a stocked fridge as well as a warm meal - we were totally surprised and delighted after a long drive. The basic amenities are as described and complete - everything you need and a little more. The additional equipment with jacuzzi, billiard table and dart board make the stay relaxed and varied, even if you don't explore the beautiful area on the way. Overall, a recommended place to stay!

Nice large house with plenty of bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen. So sad that we didn’t get to use the pool because of weather

The place was all around top! In Live, it's even nicer than in the photos. Very lovingly furnished, cozy and a lot of space. We felt immediately comfortable and would be happy to come back. Easy walking distance to place, shopping and beaches. The hosts were also very friendly & responded to our requests. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

A great villa in a very peaceful location. The house is equipped with everything you might need in terms of grilling, pool, sauna, or just cooking. You can easily spend some days there without even leaving the property. The next supermarket is about 7mins with the car. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Nice clean apartment with good access to the beach and restaurants. Location was good to the beach but not to the malinska center, where are many restaurants and amenities. Everything was great, just the bed matrasses were too soft, really hard to get a proper sleep there. Definetely recommend
