Beautiful accommodation with incredible views – a real place to relax! This accommodation exceeded all expectations! Very clean, spacious and cozy, every detail is thought out for maximum comfort. The interior is stylish and modern, everything you need is at hand. But the real impression was made by the view - it's something incredible! The host is pleasant, attentive and very responsible. There was a sincere desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort, beauty, and tranquility. Willdefinitely come back again!

We had a great stay all around! Everything worked smoothly – from communication to arrival. The hostess and her family are incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. You feel welcome straight away. The apartment is excellently equipped – every detail that you could need in everyday life has really been thought of. We didn't miss anything. We were there for 6 days and can recommend the accommodation without reservation. Thank you again for the great hospitality and the lovely farewell gift!

Accommodation nicely furnished, cozy, everything you need. Quiet residential area.... Unfortunately, there was only air conditioning on the ground floor, the upstairs bedrooms were not usable as it was much too hot ( August). Have then had to make a mattress storage on the ground floor to be able to sleep (five of them). If the upstairs had air conditioning, we would come again. We explored many unparalleled beaches, we loved it.

Upon arrival we were kindly and quietly received by the host and her son. We were helped with bringing the luggage up and had explanations about the accommodation and facilities. There was always someone present or available. The apartment had a fantastic view and flexible location for days out. It was a pleasant space for two, with everything you would need, very clean and spacious. In the bedroom you will not hear anything from the road, also on the balcony the sound quickly falls to the background. The pool was always clean and the other facilities like the pool table and the gym were great. The host was incredibly generous and friendly, although she speaks mostly Croatian, you can still laugh with her. This made us feel completely at home. The farewell package was the icing on the cake. It is definitely recommended to stay here! Our holiday was unforgettable!

My family and I had a great time at Zorica and Drago's! They let us check in early in the morning and welcomed us warmly! The apartment on the second floor is true to the listing, if not better! Very comfortable, clean and full of the necessary comforts in everyday life. Sea view from the double bedroom and, from the large and livable terrace, a wonderful view! Everything is very clean and suitable for children. There is also a large trampoline in the garden. The area is very quiet, but it is also very convenient to the beach (2-minute walk). Also very convenient are the waterfront dining services and inflatables in the water. We are very satisfied with everything and Zorica and Drago were very kind and sociable! This is the best apartment we have stayed in in Novi in the last 5 years. We'll consider coming back next year!

A real quality apartment with everything we needed. Pool area was so relaxing and the facilities were amazing. We used the bikes, the scooters, the table tennis and darts. The beach was only 5 minutes walk away. And we enjoyed the free coffee! :) Would full recommend!

We were warmly greeted by Fabian and his mother. Our little mouse on four paws was also welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is well-maintained and furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is well equipped. We received tips for excursions and restaurants in the area and a delicious jar of honey as a farewell gift. We were always helped with questions. Thank you, we had a relaxing and beautiful holiday.

Fabian and his family made us feel right at home. Wonderful cozy place, within walking distance of the beach, as well as the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Before we left, Fabian sent us the exact address via Google Maps, which made it much easier for us. We were received very nicely. The apartment was very clean and you had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, you could see directly to the sea. The way to the beach was the only thing that bothered me a little. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (downhill), and it took about 20-25 minutes to get back to the apartment (uphill). But everything else was perfect. We were given many tips for attractions, restaurants and nature parks. Pizzeria Nava was our regular place. Thanks for the wonderful time, maybe see you again!

We stayed in Ivan apartment for 14 days with my husband ,child,and parents .we have had amazing time.Accomodation was good the location and the pool were top! Ivan and his family are very kindly Nice people always helped us if we had some questions etc. I would recomend this place for Holiday.

A superb spacious accommodation located a few hundred yards from the beach and shops! Ivan and her family are very available and helpful. The place is impeccable.

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.

Excellent apartment with sea view 5 minutes from the center, in a very nice and hospitable village. The private and closed parking space is excellent because there is no place along the streets.

In a super nice house in a great, quiet and secluded location. Nevertheless, all important points (supermarket, etc.) are quickly accessible! The house was super equipped and yet we were 8 people, we didn't step on our feet 🤗👍 Due to the beautiful pool, you are also not dependent on (possibly crowded) beaches 👍 Only recommended, also the hosts and the communication are great! We enjoyed our time very much, happy to come back!

If you are looking for a quiet accommodation with a lot of nature and a view of Krk that you know from postcards, then Adrijana's accommodation is definitely worth a visit. The beaches can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, was no problem for us. For those who want to stay in the accommodation, there is a whirlpool. Adrijana communicates clearly before and during the visit.

The stay was very nice. We know the place on the island very well and felt at home from the first moment. You can relax in the stone house and in the surrounding area.

We had the most wonderful family stay. So much thought has gone into every aspect of this charming stone villa. It is thoroughly modernised and everything works the way it should. The pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, grassed play area were perfect for keeping the kids and adults entertained for the week we stayed. Maxim welcomed us and showed us how everything worked and was always a phone call away should we have needed him. A 10/10 trip for us. Thank you ☺️

The house is very good and the view on both sides is wonderful. We felt very comfortable the whole time and can highly recommend this accommodation. There was a problem with the TV, as only Croatian channels were available. Paula was a good and very friendly contact person. She dealt with the problem and, in cooperation with the family, they were able to save all the channels. The bathrooms were clean, but they made a somewhat worn impression on me. The bathroom on the 1st floor is very small and the shower door cannot be closed. The water runs onto the floor when showering and everything is wet afterwards. It would be an advantage if a dryer were available.

There were only four of us, but the house can accommodate 12 guests. Everything was perfect. Our son-in-law had trouble with the car and the hostess immediately took care of it and looked for a workshop for us. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The house is really huge and the garden with pool is a dream. You can relax comfortably anywhere, no matter in which corner of the garden with palm trees, fig trees, olive trees. The absolute highlight is the covered outdoor loggia with grill, pizza oven, kitchen, refrigerator, etc. We actually only stayed there together and in the house only for sleeping (there are like 3 separate apartments with 3/2/1 bedrooms and balconies. The view of the sea and the island of Krk was a pleasure every day. Will definitely visit again.
