Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Krk

Martina is a very friendly and helpful person and her home is a nice cottage in a residential area. The spaces are very comfortable, there is a dishwasher and television (no Italian channels) and a patio equipped with table and deckchair. The sea is reached with a walk of about a kilometer and the cove below is really delightful and great for snorkeling lovers. The only flaw of the stay was the mosquitoes. However, I would gladly return to this home.

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Listing is exactly as described. If you like it a little secluded, this is the place to be. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the small port of Merag - there you can swim wonderfully and are usually alone. The accommodation is small but well equipped and the many seating options on the fantastic terrace are wonderful.

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

We were there with our son and what can I say… We were received in a super friendly manner. Cake and juice were available in the fridge. Sanja handed us the apartment with all the trimmings and explained it to us. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time. The grape harvest announced by Sanja was done by the family faster than the wind and provided us directly with the fresh grapes and figs. One thing we know for sure, we'll be back! The apartment has everything you need on vacation, saves you from having to bring laundry detergent, salt, etc. Sanja really has everything you need. The best. I haven't seen such a good accomodation on airb&b since 2014. these days it's all capitalism, cheap accomodations and robbing tourists. but not here: here is fantastic. super clean everywhere (i check everything,especially the toilet); good air con; moka for the italians, microwave,iron..anything you could think of was there. very impressive. good materass. pillows a bit low (nobody has good pillows,tho). location fantastic..after a 5 min lovely walk you get to the town walls. parking very good (it's even covered). also, the host was a lovely human being, I have to say. pity the flat is always full but I really hope I can come back. this place is the absolute best.

Great stay in Krk, at a great location. The appartement is very nice and close to the beaches and the old town. The balcony is very nice and with nice weather the location of the fridge on the balcony isn't a problem at all. We enjoyed our stay, the communication and tips from Vilma were very good!

If you are sensitive to noise - the apartment is a bit echoey. But everything is perfect - beautiful garden, great location!!

Great place, thanks a lot

We spent 2 weeks in Pinezici. The place is very nice-good base for excursions around the island( Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Stara Baska, Malinska,Silo) The owners were very kind and helpful(the owner encouraged to collect figs in the garden that was very tasty:) ). The Kiwi terrace is an impression of the view from it is great we admired it at breakfast and dinner :). The minus is a lot of distance from the nearest beach because about 800m - with children only a car and early in the morning because there are no parking spaces.- Generally, you have to take into account that we get around the island by car. Another drawback is the condition of the furniture is old furniture - the standard of the apartment is not high, but the price was not excessive - but I did not mind. It was a bit that there was little light inside, but well, you can't have everything:) The overall rating was very good we had a very nice time - too short. Perfect spot if you like peace & quiet. The appartment was super clean & Emilija was always very responsive. Walking distance to city & beach. For us it was perfect & just want we need for a week.

We spent 5 nights in the apartment, which was perfect for our expectations. Sandra and Marija were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. The microwave was a bit missing, but everything could be fixed on the hot plate. We were also completely satisfied with the location of the apartment. Our patio was facing the backyard, you could see the stars in the evening, it was quiet. We also slept comfortably and well in the room. There was also wifi. Concrete beach is max 10 minutes walk, almost at the end of the street,followed by a small pebble beach. It was wonderful, thank you for everything! 🥰

Very clean and welcoming place. The surrounding was quiet and not too far off the centre. The terrace was a true highlight as well. Lastly Djani was great to talk and communicate to. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful time in Punat. Nikola’s place is an easy walk to the riva, where you have lots of options for restaurants and cafes, as well as the beginning of a nice stretch of beaches. But the kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook sometimes as well. Overall the flat is spacious, air conditioned (if needed, though we hardly used it despite being super hot outside), and very comfortable. Nikola was super responsive, always friendly and as a real local has great tips for the area. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Krk at Mihovil's place and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, everything was as described and the price was really affordable. Mihovil was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The perfect place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Walk 12 minutes to the sea and 15 minutes to the center of Krk.

We had a really great time at Mirjana's place. It's absolutely beautiful and quiet, the stunning beach is in walking distance and a small grocery store is literally around the corner. The owners are great people, they live in the first floor and are always there if you need anything. Thank you very much for these beautiful days.
