Monthly Rentals in Göztepe

Very friendly host, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, the place was on the right side of the building, easily accessible.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for just under a week and it was perfect for our purpose. We can definitely recommend it. What needs to be improved is the internet connection which keeps dropping out and is a bit slow.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was exactly as described—clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment I booked, Zeynep was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available, responsive, and genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I’m so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!
