The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

The house is located at the Spaarnwoude holiday park. This park - with indoor pool, sauna, gym, restaurant, laundry and cafeteria - offers the luxury of a hotel and is located between Amsterdam and Haarlem, in the middle of the Spaarnwoude nature and recreation area.
