G oogle, Accenture, Akzo, RAI all within walking distance. The city center is quickly reached by tram 5, metro 52 , and on foot.

Bright and spacious room top floor....two stairs. The house is well placed with easy access to Amsterdam Airport [30 minutes], City Center [30 minutes]. The connection to Amsterdam by public transport is real easy. Quiet+ save area in the green south of Amsterdam. Shopping mall across the park, few minutes walk. Metro+bus stations 2 min. walk, not noticeable in the house. Also night busses to and from Amsterdam. No breakfast. NOT CITY CENTER of Amsterdam...that's why it's the CHEAPEST.

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. You have your own patio and parking space for your bycicle. It is well located, only 5 min from the well known neighbourhood De Pijp. You are in 10 min in the middle of the city centre because metro (Spaklerweg) and train (Amstelstation) are very nearby.

This beautiful apartment is located in the 'Museum Quarter'. It is spacious (60m2), very light and offers a lot of comfort. There a fully equipped kitchen (without gas stove), air conditioning and good beds. Within walking distance of all museums.
