G oogle, Accenture, Akzo, RAI all within walking distance. The city center is quickly reached by tram 5, metro 52 , and on foot.

By public transport it's around 30 minutes to museum square Amsterdam, the heart of the city...a good spot to move around. Metro+ busses in my back yard, 2 minute walk, no you can't hear that in the house. Schiphol airport Amsterdam, 30 minutes. Through the park, in front of the house are the shops, 5 minute walk. Free parking and always a spot available! A quiet and safe area in the green south of Amsterdam. No breakfast. NOT CITY CENTER of Amsterdam...that's why it's the CHEAPEST.

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Small (18m2) but comfortable studio with private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette with micro wave and one portable induction hob (you can warming up food but not cooking) fridge, coffee machine and a cooker. You have your own patio and parking space for your bycicle. It is well located, only 5 min from the well known neighbourhood De Pijp. You are in 10 min in the middle of the city centre because metro (Spaklerweg) and train (Amstelstation) are very nearby.

General information: The apartment is not suitable or intended as a base for groups of young people who come to Amsterdam to party for a weekend. This beautiful apartment is located in the 'Museum Quarter'. It is spacious (60m2), very light and offers a lot of comfort. There a fully equipped kitchen (without gas stove), air conditioning and good beds. Within walking distance of all museums.

Nemo Guests House

People from all backgrounds are welcome in my home. The double room is located on the 1st floor and situated in the middle of the private house with typical Dutch steep stairs, no elevator. The room has private bathroom ( shower & toilet ), small area to make tea/coffee or toast & small fridge. The house was build around XVIII Century and was reconstructed inside a few times.
