We spent a week in Ivana's beautiful accommodation. We were very warmly received and immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The terrace, the view and the pool are heavenly and perfect for relaxation. There was very comfortable new furniture on the terrace. The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable: automatic ventilation, air conditioning, electric shutters and awnings. I was also pleased with the induction hob, as you can cook very quickly here. Our children also liked the large spacious garden with pool, the chickens and the view. The whole family of Ivana is very friendly and warm. We went on great excursions, including a highly recommended hike in the Verdon gorge. It was a perfect family vacation for us. We would book this accommodation again at any time... even if the street to the house is narrow☺️, but if you drive slowly, it's all no problem.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

We had a great time at Karine's place! The studio is ideal for a couple, it is decorated with great taste and in perfect condition. You will be in a quiet place while being close to everything (shops, restaurants...). An ideal location for our Rosé road trip! Lorgues centre is a 5 min walk, and has some lovely wine bars and restaurants, and a Tuesday market that’s well worth a visit. So many things to see and do in the wider area, but for us it was all about the Rosé. Maison Mirabeau in the lovely Cotignac a 30 min drive west, Chateau D’Esclans and Chateau Des Demoiselles and its excellent food truck a 30 min drive east. Susy is a super responsive host, and the pool is a real bonus!

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Peaceful little corner. We had a great stay even though it was too short. All amenities are gathered. swimming pool and spa bath at the top. A little extra for the barbecue and the little touches left. We'll be there again.
