Great place. Location is close to supermarket, restaurants and gas station. Sally keeps the house clean. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

This place was a great steal! For the price you get a very clean room with everything that you need. The host is very proactive and responsive and doesn’t make you wait, which I really appreciated because I had lots of questions. If you are thinking about this place just book it!

Osman was an amazing host. As a new immigrant who just relocated to Canada with my wife, it was important that our first stay in the country would be conducive. Osman's space made absolutely sure of that. The room had everything needed with enough to house the two of us. This review won't be complete without mentioning Osman's unique hospitality. He made sure we were fine, offered us snacks, and even gave us a ride a few times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple yet cosy basement.

Extremely inexpensive for what you get. Spacious. Clean. Laundry. Ensuite bath/shower. Close to stores. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing deal!
